If they are busy - just turn around and spend your money elsewhere. And after today’s experience I will not be returning. We got two manicures and two pedicures - one gel, one regular. They didn’t file our nails or touch my daughters cuticles. I’ve had mani & pedicures done off & on for years in multiples different places depending on where I was stationed or my husband’s job took us, this has to be one of the more painful experiences. Today I stopped in for gel nail polish on my fingers, I know it’s not a huge money-maker but I’d come back with my daughters & spend more if we developed a relationship (like we have @ 2 other places in town but neither were in the area I was or had time for today). I was trying to pick out a polish color when the older male TOLD me to sit down, which when I asked if it was ok to finish finding a color he promptly dismissed me to the point that when I did sit in the indicated chair he no longer was going to do my nails & I was told to move 2 chairs down?! There the barely-speaking (or at least that’s how she acted) young lady was hesitant to do ‘just a nail polish color’ without a manicure. I said, “sure, I guess a manicure, it’d been awhile so it wasn’t going to hurt anything.” WRONG! She took a chunk out of the end of my thumb then blamed me for having “so much dry skin?!” Whether I did or not isn’t the case, I don’t make mistakes @ my job but blame the patient! I’m hoping this doesn’t get infected or, worse from a germ on their tool? I should’ve just stuck with the nail polish but either way I won’t be back & wanted to share my experience as a head’s up. I was rushed in & out (I’ve never had a manicure where they don’t massage your hands & forearms for at least 5 minutes, not here) & I was still charged $30, before tip. If you are African American or Latino do NOT come here I'm here now with cops I was referred to come by Claudia Brazilian wax and soon as I came in I was checking to see if the colors OPI were the same as the purple I already have on my toes or if they had something different. Low and behold one of the workers came up and snatch on my bag and scratched me in the process accusing me of stealing polish that is mines. Then when I intelligent shut that down the man says after I pulled out all my polish that they were not theirs and the lady was still accusing me and pulled out her phone to review the footage it took everything in me not to hit back in self defense so instead I proceeded outside to call the cops now after being on the phone. They start coming out the store say we sorry we sorry because the footage shows I had my own polish. This is so unfortunate that my first time here not even 10min in I was attacked! Just moved here. Saw they were open on Sunday so we went. I asked if they have powder dip (which we already had on nails) SNS. She sits my daughter down and starts filing off her powder. We pick a color and I smell acrylic! I said i asked for powder. They proceed to tell me this is better..then charge my daughter $45 for the acrylic with no tips! I questioned it and they said it was gel color. I never asked for acrylic or gel. I felt taken of advantaged of.  Very deceptive. Will not recommend or go back. $45 was a RIP OFF Read Less

Worst pedicure experience I've ever had. Was extremely rushed through entire pedi. Not relaxing or pampering in any way. The nail technician was so careless and rushing so much she dropped and broke a bottle of nail polish. Don't be fooled by the paid reviews. I experienced the very rudest customer service, as they talk about you like you aren't sitting. I was really disappointed with my experience here. Went in a for a pedicure and selected a premium pedicure in order to get pampered with a massage and the other services they "offered". The pedicure lasted barely 15 minutes. The massage lasted about 30 seconds yet I paid extra for it. We were rushed out- I regret paying for this and should have chosen the classic. I usually love anytime i come here and drive 30 minutes just to, but I will never come again. I have been here multiple times and usually get a gel overlay with a gel color but decided to just go clear this time since I have an event next wk and was going to get my color then. I was put with a newer person when usual I have the owner or his wife, and you can tell she was displeased with my choice today. Besides the fact or her ignoring me and talking to a woman whom sat way too close to me, She literally completed a full set in less than 20 minutes and one of my hands is squared, the other oval! So I got gel nails and and this pretty light pink color, not even a week later, literally 4 days later my nails are turning black and they just look horrible. Also when I got my pedicure the lady was nice personality wise but she was super rough and my cuticles were bleeding and burning and I now have scars. Super disappointed. Read Less

I've never walked into a nail salon and felt so uncomfortable. Walked in to what seemed like a friendly staff. Picked out my color, sat down at Sam's station. He started doing his thing and didn't bother to ask how short I wanted my nails. I wasn't even paying attention due to the loud fighting going on between staff behind me. Screaming at each other about God knows what. When I finally looked my nails, they were beyond short and all different shapes.I let him finish the fill and got outta there ASAP!Between the crummy nail techs and the loud fighting, I'll never go back.I've been doing my nails for 5 years, and I know what size and shape works for my daily use. I stopped into this business while on vacation. While it was a clean salon, and the staff polite and courteous, I was very unhappy with my gel manicure. I was distracted by chatting with the people in the salon, and did not notice until the next day that she completely forgot to file down my whole left hand. On top of that, the polish chipped two days later.  I'm also not sure what she did to my left great toe, but the nail edges have become very painful in the last few days, I'm afraid it may be infected.  Definitely do not recommend this place. Prefacing this by stating that I just waked in without an appt. I visited this salon for the first time today for a fill and to repair two acrylics that had popped off. I had read the reviews here before going. I was greeted at the door by a woman I assume is the owner. She checked me in and had me choose a gel polish. (I had requested to continue with gel.) She then sat me down and started to remove the old gel and then called over an older gentleman to complete the job. Both of them were very cordial. They asked if I wanted a bottle of water and then showed me some photos of the woman's sons on her phone. It was a friendly gesture. Then I was assigned a nail tech who introduced himself as Sam. I explained about the nails popping off, and he gave me some reasons as to why it may have happened, then he reassured me he would fix the issue. Fast forward, I left the salon in about an hour with a fresh, pretty light pink gel manicure that looks natural! He made sure the nails are not too thick, and the shape looks good. I plan to return to this salon as long as the customer service is the way it was today, and as long as I am this happy with my nails! Recommend! Read Less

First off I want to say that the owners and staff are just the nicest people ever. They remember you and details of your life because they seem to actually care. They are happy, funny and delightful people. I always enjoy going there and really recommend getting your nails done here if you have sensitive nail beds and don't want some crazy person hurting your nails with the drill. The owner does mine and knows how bad the drill hurts me. He makes it a point to check in with me and make sure he is going super slow and easy with me. Great place. I went there on 2/14/13 for the first time. The staff was very friendly and I feel like I got a great mani/pedi. Today their mani/pedi combo was $5 off normal (only $32 after discount). I don't know if this is a weekday deal or a special for Valentine's but it was great. The salon didn't have a strong nail salon smell and I thought it was adorable that they have pedicure chairs for children. And for anyone wondering, they were very easy to understand. Read Less
