The staff was so nice and happy. The salon was clean and spotless. The atmosphere was pleasant. I love the wide variety of colors I can chose from. My nail technician took his time and did everything I asked for. A friend and I came in when there was no one on a Monday afternoon and it quickly became busy, yet my nail technician did not rush on my nails and was detail-oriented. He did a fabulous job. Overall, I had a great experience. I was a satisfied customer. The color I decided with is a nude color (#083). The nail polish I chose is gel. Just got back from here and it’s pretty close to my house so I decided to give it a try and was happy with my experience. Very relaxed atmosphere and I didn’t feel rushed and he had better attention to detail than any other place I’ve been. I had a fantastic experience!!! I got the happy feet which included exfoliation, masque, and lotion. My nail tech took his time and was careful with my bad ankle that I had recently sprained. Another tech did my 5 year olds feet and they look adorable!! I would highly recommend this place. Prices are great too!! Read Less

I walked in and there were 2 technicians. One was with a client and the other was free. I was ushered to that technician to get gel Polish. While she was working on me, another customer came in and asked if they could for her in. They said yes, and her sit to get her pedicure. My technician got up from our Station and went to the next customer. I'm thinking she was just going to prep her, and come back. She proceeded to do the ENTIRE pedicure... After about 25 minutes of my hands turning to white prunes, I removed the foils and walked out. Won't be back. Read Less

The services done are slightly above standard. They are pretty good about having you in and out quickly. The eyebrow wax was pretty good. The customer service was better than the actual services performed. And it is not expensive. I spend $20-$30 including 20% tip for acrylic services. I came in on Saturday and there were a few people waiting, so my mom and I sat down. The lady that worked there so rudely asked if we had an appointment, and we said no. She starred at us, and we said we'd go somewhere else. The door literally says walk ins welcome! So disgusting. I'll never go back. I wish I had read these reviews before going there. John was my tech twice. After this second time of pain, I decided no more. He is very rough, uses his dirty nails as "tools" to push skin from acrylic that is stuck to my skin, hits my cuticles with the drill and I was bleeding on 3 fingers afterward - no apology.   I got a new full set this second time so he had to remove a few loose pieces - pain, pain, pain when he ripped those off. My God!  I went to a new Salon, Regal Nails in Walmart on Main, Summerville, for a fill.  Not bad.  Anyway, they found I have FUNGUS under 2 nails this week - under 2 nails of A NEW SET put on by John last time at "Classy Nail Spa"!    That's disgusting and unsanitary and probably from his dirty nails and dirty table. I suppose they don't properly sterilize at Classy Nail.  Do not go there. They recently remodeled so it looks nice but customer service and technique is awful by this guy. He also asks if you want a "cut down" which is the excuse to charge $3 more for 60 seconds of filing which should be part of the nail fill service.  Everyone needs nails filed - that is NOT a "cut down", it's filing and shaping the nails. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The person that worked on my nails used tools that were dirty. She simply blew them off and sprayed them with a spray bottle labeled "alcohol 99%." She later sprayed the liquid on my hands ( to wipe off my nails). By the time she was done with my nails my hands were cracking. While working on the manicure she used her nails to get the nail dust (for lack of a better term) from under my nails. With all this said, I was just going to note this as a loss and never return. But my new gel polish started peeling (seperating from the nail) within 48hrs of getting my nails done. The people were nice but with the unsanitary methods and the fact that I dropped 25 dollars for polish that lasted less than two days, my heart is broken. Read Less

This Nail Salon is okay. They are very nice. Reason for the 3 stars is because they lack passion. They do not do any kind of 3d designs or anything that looks challenging. No artistic skill here... :( but okay place to get a simple one color manicure. Nothing special about this place. Only good thing I saw was that they were nice.... That's it. I have been a loyal Oasis customer for about two years now driving all the way from santa Barbara. I always make my appointments with Le Nguyen she's great! Always going out of her way to make sure I am happy and satisfied with her work. I wish I could say the same about the rest of the staff. I went in on Tuesday at about 6:45 pm. One of my nails needed a touch up, the Gel came off one of the corners after my nail had gotten stuck earlier that day. As soon as they saw me wal...k in they said "she's not here" I explained I just needed them to fix one nail. They told me they couldn't help me because they were too busy even though they only had 3 customers. I told them I would wait to be helped, then they told me to come back later I agreed, but then they said Le had used her own color on my nails so they couldn't help me. I knew this wasn't true since I had picked out the color myself. It was clear to me they just didn't want to help me. After I explained the color was from their spa they told me to find it myself. I was very upset I spend my money at this spa and have been doing it religiously for a couple of years. It took them about 4 minutes to fix my nail. I had to let them know how obvious it was they didn't want to help me in order for them to fix my nail. Not to mention I didn't need to speak their language to know they were talking about me the entire time I was there. As a result of their bad attitude the job on that one nail was very mediocre. Lee is awesome. I have been going to this place for over a year now. I recommend calling and making an appointment because they are always busy - which isn't their fault! They do a wonderful job on my nails, they are gentle and Lee is super nice and funny. She also makes my eyebrows look great. Read Less

I give this nail salon 3 stars because it wasn't awful but it also wasn't awesome. I had shellac on I was told to wait 20 min to soak after about 30 someone finally started working on my nails. It was a slow process.. The two technicians I encountered could have been a little more personable. Overall I liked my nails but I have had better service. Read Less
