Booked a massage. When I arrived the only person working was one woman and older man who was doing someone's nails. I was told to go wait in the massage room and that he was going to do my massage. I waited awhile, I didn't like the fact that he also was doing someone's nails, that seems to me like he wasn't a licensed massage therapist. I do not recommend this place at all. I had an appointment for 3 weeks, show up and they tell me the tech that had my appointment no longer worked there. The business owner had my name on the books, because he knew what I was there for, but didn't have the courtesy to call me and at least cancel the appointment. Read Less

I agree that it is clean and that they have nice chairs but the lady running the show here today had serious customer service issues!  Yes there were 4 of us as a walk in for pedicures and only two technicians but they said no problem.  The nail technician asked if we wanted manicures and we said sure but later she seemed to get mad at me saying that we didn't tell her we wanted a manicure when we came in.  I also witnessed her telling another walk in customer that she wouldn't be able to fit her in at all today even though there was no one in the salon when we left.  Then some customers came in for a 2:00 appointment at 1:30, they said they knew they were early but she was so rude to them about being early.  At 2:15 the customers looked at the reservation book and said they didn't even see their name in the book and her response was to blame us for her being behind!  Plus their pace is super weird - currently I am still in the massage chair waiting for my pedicure and the other three people I am with are finishing up their manicures!  I am not going to make them wait on me so it looks like I will miss out on the pedicure I've been dying for all week!  My feet have been soaking for so long they are white!  Maybe it is better when other technicians are working but I won't be going back or recommending! Went to get a polish change on my toes which was $15 when I normally pay $10 and nails done which was $45 when I normally pay $35. My nails do not even look good and took way longer than they should have, my nails are extremely sharp and the polish looks awful and all over the place. She filed my nails after the gel polish was on I feel like this was her first time doing nails. Would defiantly not go back especially with those prices. Read Less

I too wanted to like this place and have given it a few tries but... they're always short staffed, never are able to accept me as a walk in (even though their door says walk ins are welcome), can never schedule me a same day appointment no matter what time I call, and my gel nails from here have never lasted a full 2 weeks. My wife and I get pedicures here frequently and we almost always leave happy. Here's the thing, customer service and communication are a bit lacking, as some of the other reviews mentioned. I feel that a good bit of this is cultural differences. Americans are all about "the customer is always right" and having watched some of the people that come in there, no they aren't! Here's how to work this place and be happy. First, do something so they get to know you, so when you make appointments they know you'll show up. Go when they open. They do take walk-ins, so if you want to be in the chair quick, be the first one there. Remember, they only work 2-3 people at once at the most, so they may not be able to get you right in. Don't be pissed about this and expect that their language may be "can you come back later?" It'll usually be an hour. Go have a margarita at Maria's or a sushi roll at the Loophole and come back. Tell them you're going next door and that you will be back. These are nice people, who work very hard and rarely ever take a day off. Read Less

Went in to get my nails done, got an acrylic tip and they turned out amazing! They are super patient and after I messed them up twice because I moved my fingers too much they were happy to fix it. Really great service, very nice people. A little on the pricey side but still satisfied. Read Less

One of the best salon experiences I've ever had..hands down :)!  I was in town for my wedding and treated my wedding party to mani pedis.  I live in New York, where there's a nail salon on every corner, and this one is by far the best one I've been to.  Peter and Martha were so hospitable.  The pedicure stations are new and they spared no expense on good quality massage chairs.  It's extremely clean and organized, pleasant and relaxing, and they have a great variety of Essie and OPI polishes.  I was extremely impressed with the service and we had a great time. I wish I could say this was a great place! I went in for a gel mani and a pedicure. SUPER basic!!! No one was in the ship except for the three people working. They acted like I was inconvincing them by asking for their service. The gel manicure was the worst I've ever gotten. The gel didn't go to the edges of my nails and the top edge wasn't smooth. The pedicure took FOREVER and the man doing it was constantly up doing other things. I wanted it to be great because it's so close to my house and nice inside but it just wasn't good. Read Less

Absolutely THE best pedicure in town!  The foot and leg massage alone was incredible, and the polish job lasts and lasts.  The staff is so welcoming, the salon is very clean, and the atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming.  I will definitely be back! Read Less

I am absolutely shocked that this place is still operating. The owner, staff is completely clueless, rude, and disrespectful.  We called prior to visiting the salon and were told that they were open until 6pm... It was 4pm at the time....and they were not busy and able to fit my daughter in for an eyebrow wax.  This was not the case when we arrived.  They were still not busy, but the staff was unwilling to fit us in. My husband and I booked pedicures the night before. Being from out of town we had no idea what we were getting into...The moment we walked it it was very fresh and inviting! The salon is clean and well maintained. However, they did seem to have overbooked themselves, two appointments came in for 10am appointments and were left waiting for us to finish. My daughter and daughter-in-law and I went in for a pedicure on our last afternoon visiting Seabrook Island. We spent a wonderful and relaxing few hours with spa treatments for our feet and legs as well as a wonderful pedicure that is lasting really well! Besides that everyone was friendly and funny and it was quite enjoyable! We all decided it was the best pedicure and experience we had ever had. Try them soon! Read Less

the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I had 3 gift certificates for gel manicures and they all expired within four months of me receiving them and they would not let me use them past expiration date and also they wouldn't let me use them for anything but gel manicures even if I paid the extra or even for things that were less expensive. The woman who greeted me was extremely rude it would not even let me take a bro sure and told me just to look it up on the website. I will never be using this place again. Read Less

Best nail salon I have found since moving here 2 1/2 years ago! Extremely clean and friendly staff. Many different pedis to choose from and my nail tech was very thorough. Massage chairs are awesome too. Still a fairly new salon so I would recommend booking an appointment rather than a walk-in. Read Less
