I like their pedicures so I went back for a manicure. The lady didn’t clip my cuticles or file my nails to get them even. I guess they only paint them. I paid $11.00 for a tip before I realized it. I’m sad cause it’s close to my home but I can paint my own nails for a lot cheaper! 😜 Read Less

First let me just say this I love the work they do and especially on my nails, there were a few things I didn't agree with. For one I came in for a full set with my own gel polish $40 , I find that their customer service needs improvement and they should keep their insults to themselves in the near future. Just bc u think it doesn't mean it needs to be said. Hopefully they would listen to their customers not saying I wouldn't return just hope next time it's a better experience. Read Less

The worst manicure I've ever gotten. I do have a manicure and pedicure done on a weekly basis in Miami, where I live. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the guy who served me. He had an attitude and he was very rude. 7 of my nails have lost the lacquer a couple of hours later. Interesting enough, the first thing the guy tells me is that I should take gel because I'd lose the color before NYE. That's 2 days!! He even told me "I'm telling you that'll happen". That makes me wonder whether this salon is using altered products to benefit of higher priced services. I am not coming back, and now I have to find a new place for mani on day after. Annoying. Great experience for a mani and pedi. The staff is nice. They all have personalities which makes the experience comfortable! I will be going back for the Deluxe spa pedicure, well worth the price! My gel manicure is still in perfect condition. I was a little skeptical of a gel polish due to past chipping issues, but I am pleased thus far!! Out of all the nail salons in the West Ashley/John's Island area, this has been my favorite salon to go to. Their work is fantastic, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the nail techs speak with you while doing your nails. while i got in quickly, the service was terrible. The lady who did my waxing the pulled skin off my face, and the manicure lasted about 10 minutes: no massaging, no cut down, nothing. She also laughed at the hair on my arms as well while she was doing my manicure. NEVER GO HERE! Nail Palace is the best - they have a location in West ashley and James Island. Read Less
