Worst experience. Got powder nails. They were so thick it looked like I had a club on each finger. They had me come back and said the owner would fix them. That didn't happen. They wanted the same tech to fix them and she wasn't happy. So they said her husband would fix them. He was nice but really not into it. Just wanted to fix one or two and kept asking me if I remembered the color. I finally just had him take all of them off. I spent 82.00 that day. I came from out of town. I got there at 6:55. They were more than welcoming even tho they closed at 7pm. I got a Classic spa pedi with paraffin wax. My tech Trish was very nice and made sure my polish was prefect (I'm super picky). The pedicure was 30$ and gel was an additional $15. Which is about normal. Great service. Read Less

Decided last minute to get my nails done, so I didn't have an appointment set-up, and had to wait 30 minutes. It was worth the wait. They have hundreds of colors to choose from, and the equipment used was very clean. Jenny did a great job on my new full-set and took her time, making sure the shape was the way I wanted and making sure she fixed any mistakes she may have made. Horrible job... had dip powder and the very next day one broke just putting on my shoe. Folding laundry 4 more broke. Reaching in my purse another one. Within a week 7 out of the 10 broken... went to get it fixed and they are telling me I must be doing something... um no. Done the same profession my whole life while getting my nails done and never had this problem before... my nails whether acrylic or dip have always lasted me atleast 2.5 weeks and sometimes 4. I have been coming here on & off for many years. I only let Michelle or Wilson do my nails. I learned through trial and error. They are the owners of the nail salon. KATE! Y'all KATE! She literally is the sweetest person & always let's me just talk her head of when I've have a crazy day OR will make sure I get in (because I'm so last minute) when I need it. My nails are literally 100% everytime! Everyone always makes me feel welcome! & on top of that the salon is so damn beautiful! And my main thing is I hate getting my nails done & then a week later being like dammit... a nail came off. If it does happen she will of course take care of you but it never does! Sooooooo I also have like super big toe beds & my toe nails grow sooooooo fast! She always makes sure to cute themDown as short as they can got without hurting me or making them look bad ! Lady skipped the massage and lotion part of my $35 pedicure.  Then spent the last 10 min of my service in the restroom.  The manager charged me half price to be fair but I wanted the best part of the service...the massage!  She rushed me out the door because they had 5 people coming in.  Too bad she cost herself the best tip of the day most likely as I'm in the service industry and I pride myself on tipping! I can't brag enough about DK Nails . I admired this salon. This salon had the tools very sanitized. The team staffs were so cute and graceful. I came to DK Nails after reading the good reviews of them on Yelp. Wow! So wonderful salon. They got me in earlier than my appointment was set for. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did an amazing job on my manicures. They had a wide range of options including gel colors. The ambiance here is perfectly clean. I've been going to DK Nails for about 6 months now and I'm always pleased with my nails. In my experience, everything went well. This place gets quite busy so make sure you book an appointment in advance. I have had regular and shellac manicure and pedicure. I really like how detailed the technicians are and how I never feel like they are in rush. They have a great variety of color to choose from. I will return and recommend to others. I am a loyal customer to DK nails for about 2 years. They have never let me down in service or quality.  Michelle does an excellent job on your eyebrow and nails.  Everyone that goes there may have a different experience...but I find it hard for people to have a bad experience because I have "consistently" had good experiences with them.  They truly care about their customers and not just about the money. My daughter just got back from receiving a mani/pedi and brow wax from DK Nails. While there the nail tech made derogatory comments about the shape of my daughter's eyebrows until she was so self conscious about them she allowed her to wax her brows. Apparently the lady had no idea what she was doing as she burned her eye lids, took way too much brow off, and what brow she has left has no shape (think two straight lines). To top it all off after the owner said there would be no charge for the horrible brow wax a different lady chased my daughter down in the parking lot and accused her of not paying for the mani/pedi until my daughter produced a receipt. This place is the worst!! I went there for a eyebrow waxing. I was sitting in the waxing room for over 20 minutes waiting for someone. This  place is so unprofessional. I went here for first time today. My sister had gone here several times but went to get our eyebrows waxed. When we got there the lady immediately walked us back she had her daughter in her hands but brought us both back to the room. She put her daughter on the floor she waxed my sister and the her husband came in with his dad on FaceTime to talk to there daughter it was then my turn and she butchered my eyes brows I now have hole in them where she didn't do them correctly and instead of her admitting to her error she tried to say that is how they are and I could color it in I have had my eyes done several times never had to ever color in my eye brows not only that I still paid for the service you would have thought she would have told me not to worry about charge since she messed them up and she didn't.
