This place was absolutely wonderful! We came to Hilton Head for a mothers day vacation and chose Tiffany's based off of their good reviews, they didn't disappoint! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They made you feel like you were a priority and you were there to be pampered. I went to get my nails done, and get acrylic. They don’t do acrylic anymore according to one of the workers, just “dip,” which was odd but I went along anyways. The man doing my nails told me it would be $5 extra to simply do the shape I wanted, but wouldn’t he have to shape my nails anyways? My nails came out crooked and way to thick. I went to pay and the price came $10 over the original price. I asked why and the man that did my nails told me it was $5 extra for the shape I wanted and $5 for the tip. I was willing to let the $5 extra for the shape I wanted slide, because I was told about it before I went to pay, but a worker cannot automatically assume I’m going to give a tip (especially when my nails turned out horrible) and decide how much the tip will be! He has no say in how much the tip will be! The lady after me went to pay and they did not include the tip in her price. Poor customer service, and unjust ways to trick their customers into paying more, especially if you look younger and come without an adult, or you seem like a tourist. The only reason it took me so long to review is because I don't want my secret spot to get blown up. I really love Susan. She took the time for my nails. As a result, i got Ombre Nails for $45. I was super satisfied. And until now, my nails still look very beautiful. In addition, the parking lot is wide. Totally sanitary, reasonably priced for what i get. Trust me, give them a try! I have been coming to Tiffany Nails for years. The salon is by far the cleanest on the island, and was just renovated a few years ago with top of the line equipment and fixtures. Kim, the owner and manager, is the kindest person and best nail technician. She always remembers my name, fits me in when needed and has even started doing my 3 year old daughter’s nails on occasion 😉 I always get the dipping powder and she does a fabulous job! I️ went in with my mom, sister and niece to get our nails done for my wedding. They have good prices, a kind, amazing staff and gifted nail technicians. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this location a few days ago. I was visiting HHI for a few nights and desperately needed to get my nails done. The same person has been doing my nails for years and any time I divert from her I regret it. However one of the gentlemen at this location (sorry I can't remember his name) did a great job. I needed a polish change on my toes and my dip powder taken off of my nails. He shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them (they were previously round and he made them perfectly square and not too thick) and painted them nicely as well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because he wasn't very friendly. He maybe spoke 2 words to me the whole time and gestured when he wanted me to do something instead of using his words. I was just in Hilton Head for vacation. Had my nails done in Ohio before I left. They were horrible and lifted. I called Tiffany Nails and Spa for an emergency appointment. Not only did Kim take me it was right before mandatory evacuations from Irma. Kim talked me into the SNS dipping powder which she explained is organic and better for your nails. Went to this salon based on reviews.  Called ahead and was told they could get 2 of us in for pedicures in 30 minutes.  Went in and sat since all employees were busy.  Finally we did get out pedicures, my feet are rough and skin is peeling, did not feel they he did a good job on my feet.  Also received a wax on brows and they were done uneven.  It felt rushed and we will not return. But before I did that I called and spoke to Ms. Kim and I explained to her what the issue was and she gladly told me to come back and she would fix my nails for me. When I went in she remembered me as a customer that came in the week before and was happy to do all my nails again. I am very very very happy with the service that she gave. She was understanding and simpathetic to my problem. My only regret is that I didn't call them earlier and make the aware of this. The place is a great option and there hours have always been very convenient. I love they are open on Sunday's and holidays. The place is very tastefully decorated and very clean. They use liners to line the pedicure basins. I have always had a great experience and at a great price. The last time I visited, I had a woman that didn't communicate well. She was very rough and two of my toes are still throbbing a week later. I took a shower several hours later, and the polish bubbled and became uneven. I reached out to them to try to fix and never heard from them. I always like to give businesses the opportunity to meet my expectations when they weren't met the first time. What an utter and total rip off for anyone who is not a local.  I was charged higher prices than if I was staying at a Ritz Carlton hotel and used their spa.  They charged my husband $87 for a pedicure!  My pedicure was $58.  Overall for what in the nicest of nail salons would have run about $100, they charged over $207 before tip!  We paid but I wanted everyone to avoid this salon if possible.  I have no respect or patience for those who charge highway robbery prices and gouge non local patrons.  Not to mention, I was verbally assaulted by a drunk customer at the salon for daring to question the outrageous prices.  All in all this was a horrible experience. While taking a vacation from the family vacation, I scoured the island for a decently priced nail salon; Tiffany was it. I was already in the plaza and decided to take a peak inside, and that's when it hit me...... I had found paradise. The facility itself is is relatively bare bones (chandelier, centrally mounted TV, SMALL waiting area), and it is glorious! It's sad that I'm excited about this, but IT'S SO CLEAN and the prices are amazing. Any place I can get a decent quality AND sanitary (the soaking station at the massage chairs have a new plastic liner fitted for each patron) standard spa pedicure for less than $45 is hallowed ground.I must admit that I do have to apologize for not being able to recall the name of the young man who took care of me that day, but I can tell you that he's about 20 y/o and a Picasso with those tiny brushes! His customer service skills are great too. It's been a long time since my "little piggies" have looked THIS good.Why only 4 stars then?My better half came with me and the "deluxe" pedicures we upgraded to left a bit to be desired:*After we left, my legs started itching and I realized there was sugar scrub left on the back of both; no biggie, just annoying and itchy. *After sitting patiently in the waiting area for about 10 minutes, we were moved to the massage chairs; not to soak, just waiting with no acknowledgement for another 25 minutes. I had had enough at that point but my far more patient partner suggested we stay.*The nail tech that worked on my partner left calloused, peeling, and easily removable skin on his "deluxe" (read $40 after tip) pedicured feet; and his tootsies weren't half as bad as mine. When made aware of the issue, she did come back to fine tune her handiwork but his feet were still left wanting; however, we were out of time as all that waiting left us running late for a standing dinner engagement. I had my nails done by Kim and had a horrible experience! She was unprofessional, arrogant and overcharged me for a fill! She charged me $45 for a fill which I was told would be $23 when I called ($18 for fill and $5 for gel coating). What makes it worse is that she did a terrible job on my nails! Several of them have chipped and I got them done last night! I never should have paid her the $45. I am young and inexperienced at challenging an adult. When my mom tried to talk with her about being overcharged she said that I agreed to the $45 which is a lie! I just returned from having my nails done by Kim. What a fabulous job she did. I have been having my nails done for 20 plus years and they look better today than they have in a very long time. Kim just made my nails look so fresh and natural. If you need to have your nails done while visiting Hilton Head. I tried to take her home with me but luckily for you she's still here on the island.
