Went there with my friend. My tech didn't speak any English, so it was impossible to communicate with her about my service. The place was sanitary ( they use disposable tools and pedicure tub liners), but the floors were filthy and the smell of acrylic was overwhelming. I was done with my pedicure way before my friend, though we paid for the same service. I had to ask for disposable flip -flops, because I didn't want to walk barefoot to the drying station. I am from Virginia and I love my nail shop at home but to compare my shop to this one it would loose some points. I was nervous about getting my nails done while on vacation but this shop had everything I was looking for; Friendly Staff, Clean and very sanitary with there tools-wonderful experience! Read Less

Nail tech was really sweet and nice but a lady pedi before me got done, she went to get her nails don't, they did not clean the tub for the next girl, just put plastic over it. I'm from Nashville and idk if we came to a bad place or what but I don't recommend Read Less

I went in with a friend for a pedicure on our vacation, the wait was reasonable, however we were overwhelmed with the smell of acrylic solution. The Polish colors were limited and scattered throughout the nail salon. The salon seemed very dirty and cluttered. Our services would have been reasonably priced IF it took longer than 15 minutes for our pedicures. We both experienced a painful nail buffing and cuticle treatment. Even the quality of the polishing technique left much to be desired. The technicians then expected us to walk barefoot through the salon to the drying station. DISGUSTING! AND highly unsanitary. Horrible experience at Nail Expo.  My nail technician did a sloppy job filing, cutting my cuticles and applying polish.  The polish ended up all over my skin and with large empty/uneven spots on my actual nail.  Because the cuticles were not cut adequately, it was also sloppy at the base of my nail.  When I pointed this out, another technician tried to fix the problem just by applying another coat, but I stopped her since the polish would never dry with a third coat.The manager was extremely rude and eventually agreed to remove the first polish job. To do so, he refused to use the typical file/soak off with foil method (I had a gel manicure).  Instead, he used the acrylic drill on my fingers, which hurt a lot, and dunked my entire hand in a non-sanitized bowl of acetone.  After removing most of the polish (the edges of my nail were still tinged with blue polish), he insisted I pay $14 for the cuticle cutting/filing.  I refused, reiterating the multiple aspects of my negative experience.  We went back and forth a few times before he threw up his hands when it was clear I wasn't going to pay.  Would not return and would not recommend.  Awful customer service. I periodically rush in for a mani, pedi or eyebrow wax. The service is usually good but I am sometimes frustrated since though I respect their business spirit it can be unnerving when the nail techs chatter quietly to each other in Vietnamese or some of the techs barely speak any English & you try to communicate a service. They have been there a long time & for the last 2 years at least the turnover has been very low.Cleanliness is always important at a nail salon & I'd give it a 6 out of 10. I have never gotten an infection but it certainly is not sparkling.They are quick, and they have design capabilities if not the newest colors and techniques . Read Less
