Whenever I call for an appointment they are always able to accommodate me which I greatly appreciate. I get powder dip and have had a few different techs do my nails. Each nail tech has their own artistic approach but I am never dissatisfied. I usually stick to moderate art on my nails. This photo was my first time getting my nails rounded. These are 3 weeks old. These are my own nail with powder dip. I feel the price is fair for the work too. The nail techs are great with me :-)

I recently visited this nail salon in hhi while on vacation. I took my friends there on a Monday evening and they accommodated to stay for a full set of acrylics for my friends daughter. Then I brought my family in on a Friday the same week and they accommodated my family for a pedi and a full set of acrylics. I wanted to get my own nails done with powder dip and I was told they didn’t have time to do it and then I was ignored while I waited for my family members to get finis...hed. You could have told me up front so we could have taken all 3 of our needs to another salon where we could have all been accommodated. I was the one who brought you all this business on two days of my vacation and you wouldn’t help me. This was horrible and embarrassing for my two family members who came with me. I told them we were going to a decent salon and we were all pretty excited. Thanks. I won’t be bringing anymore family or friends back to your salon. See More

Today is my wedding day. I had my nails done 5 days ago so that they would be ready and it would be one last thing to worry about on the day. Yesterday my manicure which usually lasts 3- 4 weeks chipped.. I just don't feel like I can justify $30-$50 for a manicure that lasts 4 days and causes me inconvenience on a special day where I have alot more things to be thinking about. 🤷🏼♀️ staff don't really pay attention to what they're doing either and act pissed because you moved away when they hurt you with the drill. Also when I told them my preference to have my nails shorter they're like "no-one likes shorter nails honey" erm.. I think I know what I like. 😂

i asked for yellow. it was the color of piss. i asked for almond shaped and all the shapes were very lopsided and crooked. it was 50 dollars for macoroni colored nails. there’s more polish on my skin ...

Was seen quickly because it wasn't busy shop but one of the ladies was really late so it took a while before my friend's manicure was started. Average prices & friendly staff.

Great for pedicures and gel manicures. My gel nails lasted almost 4 weeks and they only last 2 weeks at other salons.

I always come to Happy Nails. The techs are great. I don't trust anyone else to do my eyebrows! It's also very clean and not cluttered like a lot of other salons. Frequent visitor.

My daughters and I have been going to Happy Nails every summer for many years. We won't be back after our most recent experience. We had appts for 3 pedicures and 3 manicures. We arrived on time and had to wait 25 minutes while they served walk-ins who had come in prior to our arrival. They made sure we wouldn't leave by starting service on one of us and putting me in a pedicure chair with my feet in water for 15 minutes. They got up multiple times to wait on people, answer phones, etc. One nail tech asked my daughter how many coats he had done because he couldn't remember when he came back. He worked so fast he snipped her cuticles so they bled in two spots. I had a gel manicure. Before she painted my toes, she wrapped my fingers with polish remover and foil. When the pedicure ended, they put me in a manicure chair for 15 more minutes. I finally scraped my own polish off. It was very frustrating. It was clear that they wanted to turn over as much business as they could without regard for people's time.

We had a frustrating experience while in the salon: reservations for 4 people but they only did two at a time; pretty sure the concept of "island time" was invented here - s l o w e r t h a n s l o w; not very responsive to requests for particular aspects of nail care. To make matters worse, one of us got gel nails, which rolled off that night! The rest of us were able to keep our polish on until the next day! We went back for repairs, and they begrudgingly repainted our nails. Still poor results. And unwilling to offer refund or other alternative. There are plenty of nail salons on HHI. Choose another one.

Wanted a pedi while on vacation staying in Sea Pines Plantation and this seemed to be the closest place. Although the decor is pretty normal/par for nail salons the service was great. It took about 45 for a pedicure, and about 20 of that was a foot/leg massage that was amazing. It has full massage chairs, so I was super relaxed. The customers next to me ordered margaritas from the restaurant next door, and the server came right over to bring them. Pretty amazing. It cost $30 for my pedicure, which is a little more than I'm used to, but everything seems more expensive in beach towns. Overall this was a good experience and would recommend to anyone visiting HHI.

Whenever I call for an appointment they are always able to accommodate me which I greatly appreciate. I get powder dip and have had a few different techs do my nails. My daughters and I have been going to Happy Nails every summer for many years. We won't be back after our most recent experience. We had appts for 3 pedicures and 3 manicures.
