Visited a few times. Was very disappointed every time. Tried to walk in 2 times and was basically told to come back at the most unreasonable hours. I made an appointment the couple times I came back so they were quick but, the work was horrible. Worst set of gel nails I ever had. Worst nail salon I've EVER been to. I paid $45 and left a $5 tip Monday and the next day the gel had already started peeling. I came back and they fixed it and a day later it peeled again. Because of work, I couldn't come in until today. I was told it would be free. They fixed the nails and told me it would be $40 because they'd give me a $5 discount when THEY screwed them up the first time. I paid so much money that as a high school student with car payments, I really don't have to throw around. They lady was so rude when I told her she said it would be free. She told me they had to charge for their time. Maybe if you did it right the first time, I wouldn't come back 3 times in a week. I was then told to not come back if they messed up again. I don't know why I gave this place a second chance. The first time I went here it was 11/16 and the service wasn't bad but the man who did my friend's nails was super sarcastic and borderline rude to her. I came back to this location since it is close to my house.  I went recently with my mom and I noticed that the place is pretty run down and just messy. The chairs are worn and the towels they used on me were ragged.  The man who did my pedi did not give a great foot massage and he didn't appear professional at all. When he did my manicure I asked for a trim even though my nail are short and he cut off all the white part of my nails. He did not take the time to file my nails properly and they were jagged and uneven. When he buffed my nails he barely even kept his eyes on my hands and was busy talking to the women next to us that was doing my mom's nails. He did not remove all the cuticles on my hands and he did a sloppy paint job. I left there very frustrated and with paint on my skin since he didn't bother to clean up his work. I could of given myself a better manicure. My mom was also unhappy with her nails and the service. Overall, the place needs a facelift and they don't have the utensils in the plastic wrapping which is sketchy to me. I will never return to this nail salon and I'll make the drive to a better place like H'Allure Nail Salon. Read Less

Understaffed. Walked in and asked how long I would have to wait to get a pedicure, said "twenty minutes". Sat down beside a woman she told me they told her "twenty minutes" and that was twenty minutes ago.. Waited for about ten minutes and another woman walks in and ask for a pedicure and he says it'll be "twenty minutes". Left and decided to call back and place an appointment for a pedicure another day at 2:30. Went there and they had a sign on the door saying they closed at 2:00 (originally 2:30 but crossed out the "30" and made it into "00") Did not get a courtesy call or anything. Time and gas wasted. We went in for a light eyebrow "clean up" while on vacation and left with half our eyebrows. Maybe less than half. Couple of crooked lines actually. Not even nice lines. Daughter was in tears. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. I went in for a pedicure and manicure and waited for at least thirty minutes before putting my feet into the water.The technicians are not up to par. I could not believe I had to wait this long and I had called in advance to make an appointment. I went in to this salon to get a pedicure and a manicure. I waited thirty minutes before I was placed into a pedicure spa. I had called earlier in the week and made an appointment with the owner. I was in disbelief at the lack of professionalism from the nail technicians .I would not recommend this salon to anyone.I have already found another nail salon in the Sun City area. I just moved to okatie and needed my eyebrows waxed so I went here and was told the lady that does brows had left for the day (it was 5pm so I figured as much). I made an appointment for the following day at 11 am. I got there 1 minute before and was told by the same guy from the previous day while he was smiling and laughing at me that she went to the hobby store. I felt like he was laughing at me. I never had anything done here but customer service alone will keep me from coming back. This place is about 3 minutes from my house and I will drive to a further place in the future. I had an awful experience with my eye brows here. The girl rushed through because she had an appointment walk in after i sat down. She dripped hot was on my face and eyelash! She tweezed off a good chunk of my left brow and made my right brow totally straight...zero arch! I will NEVER go back to this place! Read Less
