I went in today to get a pedicure. I was going to get into the chair and the arm almost fell off of it. Scared me half to death. Then the filled the foot spa up with cold water. Guess it was a good thing my feet only sat in it for a second before the lady took my feet out and proceeded to trim my nails. I do understand I have thick nails but she was very rough and it was painful. I honestly should have stopped there but I allowed her to proceed. She was rough when scrubbing the bottom of my feet as well. She then proceeded to give me a 2 second foot massage. I finally had to put my foot down when I asked for french tips and she started clumping on the white polish. I told her no that it looked clumpy. She then took that off and proceeded to put in a watered down white. I then told her no again. At that point I told her I was done. Got charged full price when I didn't even get polish. This place is extremely rude and unprofessional. Wasn't happy with the whole service, which was barely anything. Asked if they could redo the polish because it looked rushed and they got angry and literally yelled at me in front of everyone. I wasn't even upset, until that point. I then asked for my money back, no way did i want to stay and have it redone, which they refused both. I called their corporate office and was informed that its up to the salon if they wpuld refund the money. I dont understand how they treat clients in such manner. Absolutely awful. Read Less

I've been going to Regal in Goose Creek for years and always had good service.  My last visit was very disappointing.  Tech was very rude and didnt speak at all during my visit but did spend about half my visit on the phone with her family.  She rushed through my nails (full gel set w/gel polish) and they look terrible.  All different lengths, gel over my cuticles which makes for sore cuticles in the days to come and all my nails are uneven with gel. Some are thin and flat, others are thick and well rounded.  This tech had done my nails many times and always asks how they look. Not this time.....hurried me right out the door.  That was my last visit.  I'll go somewhere that cares about quality as much as quantity. Read Less

Absolutely wonderful! I went in for a gel polish change and she did an amazing job! (I didn’t catch her name). I didn’t wait long, but they don’t take appointments so it probably can get lengthy if it’s busy since it’s all walk in. It’s reasonably priced and super friendly. Also, they are able to meet up to date/popular designs. I’m from out of state, but anytime I’m down here I will be stopping there. Read Less
