Called to make an appointment and was told they were only taking walk-ins and that there was a 12:30 appointment but my friend and I would be next. So after sitting there watching them take their time...
Called to make an appointment and was told they were only taking walk-ins and that there was a 12:30 appointment but my friend and I would be next. So after sitting there watching them take their time with the only two customers other than us, the husband finished his client and went to smoke or do whatever. Then the wife finished hers and disappeared as well. May I add that it was now 12:45. She finally came back and said "we have two 1:00 appointments and if they don't come we'll take you guys". I am floored. The only reason I stayed was because everyone else is packed and we've waited forever. They have very unfriendly attitudes to the people they're unfamiliar with and I will never be back again!

Made an appointment. I was taken in right away. I wanted the metallic blue color. It wasn't available. But the color changing gel was perfect. My tech did a great job. Today falls on a Sat. I recommend making an appointment. I've did a walk in before. They got me in as soon as possible. Keep in mind appointment come first. Cute family owned business. Prices are reasonable. I will be back!

Very nice family. Over priced. The husband did my nails and did not do a very good job. My nails are short and he was disrespectful about that as well. Acted as if I had to buy acrilic nails though that isn’t what I wanted. Also skipped a few services that I have previously received at other salons. Semi-conversational. I will not be back.
UPDATE: my nails started chipping less than a week later. Terrible terrible service

Called ahead of time and was told they are only taking walk-ins. When we arrived we sat down and were told we would be next. Sat for an hour and then a regular walked in and got priority. If they were booked all day with appointments, why were we told we could do walk-ins?? We weren't told about the priority issue until after we waited an hour. BUT they were nice about it. Still left because I didn't want to wait an additional 2 hours.

I will never go back to this nailshop again,the lady that own the shop is not customer focused.i had gel nails put on and i asked her not to do my nails thick as it makes it tough to pick coins,etc..u...
I will never go back to this nailshop again,the lady that own the shop is not customer focused.i had gel nails put on and i asked her not to do my nails thick as it makes it tough to pick coins,etc..up and she says to me "i do them thick but you might find someone else to do them thinner",it's my money I'm paying you.you do what i like not what you like..she was pulling on my hands when other customers walk in as if she aggregated people walk in..that shop will never get my money again and it was $55 bucks for something i didn't want

Called to make an appointment and was told they were only taking walk-ins and that there was a 12:30 appointment but my friend and I would be next. I recommend making an appointment. I've did a walk in before. They got me in as soon as possible. Keep in mind appointment come first. Cute family owned business. Prices are reasonable.
