I just have to give a shout out to Katie (owner). I came in on Thursday to get acrylic nails with gel polish, and I picked the prettiest blue and was so happy. But on Friday, much to my dismay, my nails has turned an ugly shade of brown! So I went in today, and she asked me how I was and I said " well, I'm good but my nails turned brown!" She laughed and said "pick out a new color." All i wanted was the brown to disappear, and she painted over them with no problem. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!! Henry and Katie (husband and wife) are wonderful owners with an exceptional staff (B and Jenny for our pedi's and hubby's mani). The atmosphere, prices, cleanliness (I'm OCD), the work, and so much more have my hubby (the big guy - what they call him) and I driving from almost Huntersville every 2-3 weeks. I really enjoyed going here for a toe nail polish change. The place was busy, but still clean. Everyone working there seemed very competent.There was a large assortment of nail polishes to choose from. The decor, while not directly connected with the quality of the service, was definitely pleasing/stylish. So, that added to the relaxation and/or luxury factor of getting my nails done.I also appreciated that they were not too pushy when offering other services. That is a quality that I appreciate in a nail salon since most people go there to relax.I got a toe nail polish change because of a medical condition that causes faintness when I bend over and another medical condition that requires me not to over extended any joints (which is necessary, if I don't bend over), so it is nice to go somewhere that is nice since I am going for practical reasons. In fact, I thought the decor was nicer than some of the more expensive salons that I have been to in the Fort Mill and Ballantyne area. This will definitely be my new go-to place because I was able to have my polish change for eight dollars plus tip, when the going rate at the salon so that I get my gel manicures at were all $11-13.I can't speak to any of their other services, but I would absolutely go back to have my toenails painted. Never again! I got a great pedicure, but that's it! I got a fill done by one of the guys, the chubby one. He had no personality, hurt me and when I flinched gave me a dirty look. Are you kidding me, I'll knock your dumb ass out!  He filed my nails too narrow before I had a chance to stophim and 3 days later, my nails were chipping and separating from the gel. He sucked. I didn't wanna go back to fix just in case they came it worse. It seems no one in this state can do nails like Koreans in New York. Read Less

This was my first time getting my nails done by someone "professional". And the experience was disappointing. The majority of the employees were kind but my acrylics were done in a rush and the result was not $35 worth. I feel ripped off. The gel was put on making the nail look like it had no specific shape because it was clumped so much. She was kind but not focused on what she was doing. My nails looked like they were flying off my actual nails... It didn't look natural at all. My sister, who goes somewhere else, saw my nails and demanded I go back and get my money back but I figured I'd just file them down to somewhat normal, shape them, and repaint them myself... So basically I wasted $35 for someone to do a worse job than I would with the same material from Walmart. Needless to say, not going back ever. Read Less

Been going here for a year. NoComplaints. Except this one chic she made my mani look like crap and next day they fixed it for me no problem and no charge. Prices are acceptable. I have had my nails professionally done for 20+yrs. I have moved around several states, and been through many technicians. The customer service and quality of workmanship at this place is incredible. I have been driving back from GA for the past 3 months just to have them continue doing my nails. They are very observant, paying careful attention to detail, and always do an excellent job! I just moved to the area and was in search of a nail place to call my own, this place is NOT it. It is under new management and apparently just reopened because the place was not in order. Two blaring televisions and loud music made it difficult to relax. I originally wanted a manicure and pedicure ,but decided to upgrade to a gel manicure when the technician quoted me a price of $35 for both services. Pedicure was okay, foot /leg massage weak . Gel Manicure came out really nice , until it was time to cash out and I was told that the price was $44 instead of $35 . When I told the owner that I was quoted the $35, the owner argued back that the price is usually $55 but I had received a 20% discount. . She made a huge deal of it , yelling over her customer and embarrassed not only myself , but the technician included. As a customer service professional, I was appalled at the way I was treated. She should have honored the quote I was given as I based my upgrade on the price of the services. I will never go back. Read Less

This salon rocks. I've tried many of them, and the mani-pedi at this salon doesn't chip and looks fresh for weeks!...even a french manicure. Don't judge the salon by its humble location (next to Food Lion). Very friendly staff and affordable prices. Read Less
