I have been twice and both times i was extremely disappointed. The first time, I went it seemed ok, but then I sat in the chair to begin my service And, I was turned all the way off. I requested the powder and yes they had an abundance of colors, but if you don't know exactly how to do something be honest, don't waste my time. So the nail technician didn't know how to file my nails. She had one pinky shorter then all the other nails. Then she filed my other nails crooked, it was a horrible experience. So, what the hell would I go back for. Well, I said self maybe it was just her, and I'll try someone else. So, I go in and he asked what I getting, I said powder. Ok, so I sit for about 20 minutes no problem I was a walk-in, then I pick out my color, wait 10 more minutes. He walked over to work station and feed me some B.S. about my nails are to long and he would have to cut them. So, then he says the jars are to small so he wouldn't be able to fit my nails in, I'm think this ass really thought he could feed me this nonsense, because my nails aren't that long. Ok, so he says pick out a another color, and he is half heartily assisting me with color selection , so finally I gave up my quest to get my nails done, oh yeah before that he tells me it will be extra for my nails, I say good bye and think to myself this is what happens when you don't listen to your self. That's what I get. So, I'll be listening to my self for now on. It appears that this nail salon, has so many clients, that new clients will be lied to and ignored. I give this unprofessional nail salon a 🖕🖕🖕🖕. I wil be telling everyone that hasn't been there take your chances, because it deepens on what kind of mood the nail beez are in, also they will not be honest with you. So, if you have time to waist and want to be lied to then go here it's differently the nail salon for you. Upscale should be named DOWNSLOPE. Hated it! Oh, apparently, there's two locations one in Rockhill sc and the other in fortmill sc, I went to the fortmill sc location. I won't be going to either location and I will be telling family, friends, strangers, near and far not too spend there time and definitely not there money at DOWNSLOPE formerly know as upscale. The place is small, no frills. I was a walk-in and they took right away. Not really busy. The staff seemed friendly. I went in for a pedicure. Pedicures here in the south are more expensive than New York and you get less. First, I wasn't offered anything to drink, I had to pull up my pants leg myself, and I barely got a foot massage. What goes on down here?? This place is 24 bucks for a regular pedi as opposed to most places at 25. She did a nice job, but they concentrate too much on legs instead of feet. At least she filed my toenails the way I wanted. Overall, it was your average toejob. It's a little out of the way for me,  so going back probably won't be happening. Super reasonably priced. They also don't charge extra for French or American manicure. Place is not super fancy but they do a good job and take their time. Recommend going during the week or making an appointment because they only have 4 employees and get busy. Read Less

I came in for a mani-pedi and I was extremely happy with the service I received. Like other reviewers have said, the prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is great. I received massages that were at least 3 times longer than what I've received at any other salon. It's also a huge plus for me that they open at 9am. I'll definitely be returning! Read Less

Absolutely love this place and yes an appointment is the best route. I always use Sam...she is great and it is a very relaxing environment. Would highly recommend and I have really high standards...tried several in Fort Mill, this one, was by far, the BEST !!! Read Less

I live in Indian Trail and was visiting my boyfriend. It was long overdo to get my nails done. It was easy to set up an appointment, and I got in within 20 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and seated right away. Mo was my technician and he was very meticulous and attentive to every detail. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks, for years, and am very particular about them. I rarely let anyone file them, and will actually ask for the file to do it myself, but Moe was so good, I let him file my nails.I got gel nails and a pedicure. I honestly will say he did the best of any technician I've ever had, and will wait until I'm in Fort Mill to go here and get my nails done from now on. Read Less
