So, I’ve been coming here for years and I come in today to get a Mani/Pedi, plus gel nails. I wait 30 minutes, I get to the back to get my feet into the tub and I asked if the lady that normally does my nails is available. So the guy said she had a client I said OK, he said next time make an appointment I said well I don’t make appointments I just come when I can. He didn’t say anything else and walked away I sat there for probably 15 minutes waiting on him to let me know wha...t was going on. I’m sitting there with my feet in the water and the lady who always answers the phone sits down next to the clients that came in after me. I asked her where did he go and she says he thought you wanted a female?! So then she says sorry but doesn’t get up to get him or anyone else, just starts working on her client. Really people. WOW !! I wouldn’t of let him touch me after all this anyway. I may not know a lot of people here but I will make sure to never recommend this place ever again. Guess it’s on to try a new place now..... Definitely enjoyed my gel deluxe pedicure and gel nail set with gel polish.  The only thing I did not enjoy was not receiving $3off for gel on my fingernails and toenails, but that isn't the end of the world. Will definitely return. Read Less

I am new to the area, went in with horrible messed up nails that was done by another nail place, they were all friendly, very clean salon and Johnny who did my nails was the best nail tech that I have ever had, and I have been wearing nails for many many many years. This has been my nail shop for the last 2/3 years. Johnnie was my Nail and pedi technician. Rose or Ms Lee are amazing with waxing if eyebrows, I was hurt to see him no longer there. I'm currently under Jacqueline for my nails and Tracie for my pedicure. So we shall see what the new year bring! Read Less

Been twice. First time, got a gel polish, it was $23 which is a little more than the typical. It did not last two weeks. Went today for a tow polish which is $12, I typically lay $10. Nothing special. Polish job isn't perfect but average. Read Less

I have had wonderful experiences here so far!! The staff has been friendly and pleasant, and my nails and pedicures have met my expectations every time. In particular, I called on a Saturday right before they closed and they still rendered services. And they didn't rush - He took his time and my nails and toes couldn't have looked better. First time coming here and I will be back for sure! Long did my SNS fill in and I am obsessed! They look amazing! He was careful and made sure they looked great. Simply went in to get my acrylics soaked off and removed, but the way the nail tech took them off was so painful. Rather than soaking them in acetone for 5-10 mins like any other salon I've ever been to the technician said it was quicker to pull them off. This method took forever because the nails kept chipping into smaller pieces and honestly I could have peeled them off at home if I knew she was going to do that. I've been here twice and loved each visit. My last visit was great. My pedicure was perfect. The water was perfect and my toenails looked great. I used to go to this nail place years ago. There was a lady that would do my nails & she was good. Had one bad thing happen, had an appt but for some reason that didn't matter. The place was packed and the lady that usually did my nails was very busy. Tried another place for a while, then that person went on maternity leave. Place changed, prices went up. Went back to Nail Studio to give them another try. At first was good. Until today. The man that did my nails rushed. Didn't file them evenly, polish job was crappy. Calluses hardly touched. I just took my wife there. To fix the nails that they put on her that fell. Well they did that she decided she wanted a pedicure. They were talking about her speaking in their native.She ask there to fix her pedicure they talked back and said they don't do that if they don't do that why do they do pedicure .. I just had the best experience with Nail Studio on Stonecrest. I had my pink and white fill today by Long. Long was amazing because he was focused completely on me and what I needed. It was for sure the best pink and white I have ever received! The lady at the front desk was very knowledgable and was keeping the salon running so everyone knew where to be and when. I think the prices are a bit higher but the service and products they use are well worth the small increase. I left there feeling completely relaxed and excited for my next appointment. Read Less

New to the area since reviews were great decided to try them out! I had a 10:30 appt and when I arrived at 10:25 had to sign in after almost 45 mins waiting finally someone acknowledged me. When I was seated in the chair I put my feet in the water they didn't turn on jets well come to find out it wasn't working properly ok no sweat I didn't wait to long until a young girl came to do my pedicure the only thing was she talked to damn low and I could not understand what she was saying because she was wearing a mask and every time I kept saying sorry I can't hear you she was annoyed and pulled her mask down to ask me a question. I have nothing negative to say about this place I'll give it another try but definitely with another person!
