i made a appointment to get a pedicure at 5:30 on wednesday and got there early at 5:15 . Sat there until 5:50 and then a older lady came sat beside me and she was not there 5 minutes and the owner came over and took her back before me and told me the next lady would be with me soon . I feel that my time and money is just as good as the next person and should not have to wait almost a hour when u have a appointment and people that came in after me should have to wait just like they were making me wait . Will never go back and will never buy gift certificates from them again. i was planning on getting my mom a gift card and getting my pedicure . will go some where esle to spend my money from now on . I just left and I'm super unsatisfied. It was as if the lady doing my nails had never been properly trained. Her brush was messed up so the acrylic was going on poorly but she said it's the only brush she had so I just dealt with it. She cut them too short to start so I couldn't do the shape I wanted. Then when she filled them they were thinner in the middle and one corner was way thicker so I had to keep pointing it out which seemed to annoy her. The shape themselves turned out wide and flat. Then she tried to put my rings on for me and smudged one of my nails. She tried to "fix" it by putting regular polish back over the top coat. My cousin and I walked in this location at 6:30pm this evening looking to get our eyebrows done. As soon as we walked in we heard one of the associates say "who's going to do them?" and another associate responded "I'm not, I can't see in there." So, we were advised to wait 10 minutes so they could "bring lights out." It's now 6:52pm and we watched three different customers come in AFTER us and be immediately assisted. It just got to the point where we decided to just walk out. The staff is incredibly disrespectful at this location, spend your money elsewhere. Read Less
