HONESTLY the worst $30 I have EVER spent. Manicure by Tom was the worst I have ever had. It started with my hands soaking in a bowl with COLD water. Nothing in it! Then into scraping and pushing my cuticles back with NO cuticle softener at all!!! It hurt! After polish the lotion was put on my hands but not my arms .  EXTREMELY disappointed and a waste if valuable time and well earned money!SHAME ON YOU FENDI NAILS. Read Less

Terrible, terrible, terrible. My friend and I walked in together, BOTH looking to get serviced. A lady was at the front counter and immediately greeted & spoke to my friend who walked in right in front of me. However no one looked at, spoke to or even acknowledged me. My friend told her she wanted a manicure, they sat her at a station promptly. I stood...waiting to not be invisible. I gave up and went to stand by my friend, still unnoticed. Got tired of standing and went to sit in some of the stools up front...waited & waited...a lady came over to start on my friends nails and she let the lady know I came for a fill in & pedicure to see if they wanted to start me first as it would take longer. She just looked at me, and then proceeded with my friend. A man walked in shortly after, who was greeted and immediately sat in a chair for his pedicure. RIDICULOUS. I finally decided to take my name off the sign in and go to my regular nail salon, BEAUTIFUL NAILS behind Bojanles on Hwy 521. I will NEVER come back to this salon. Have been going here since they opened. Never been so disappointed though. The one male nail tech screws my nails up every time I get him!! I've told them I don't want him doing my nails but apparently they don't care. Time to find a new place!! Read Less

I've been here three times and I'm going back tomorrow. I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes, the staff is always friendly, the place is nice and clean, and I've always been pleased with the results. I'm not sure what that one person was talking about.....I obviously recommend going here and .... they're open on Sundays!!! OMG! Read Less

I came here because of reviews about the cleanliness but honestly left very disappointed. The pedicure basin was lined with a plastic liner which was nice, but the water was so cold! I had to ask two times for them to make it warmer and then after the second time I had to ask for them to turn it down because it had gotten too hot. I guess they just didn't feel like checking the water temp themselves? The tools they used might have been cleaned but I doubt it, as they took them out of a grimy looking plastic case and put them back in the same case after use.They did not offer drinks or anything except upgrades about 3 times. I just wanted a basic manicure and polish. The chairs were quite uncomfortable, my butt hurt after 10 minutes and started going numb soon after.The woman who did my pedicure was younger and barely said 2 words to me. She did a sloppy job removing cuticles which I had to also ask twice for her to fix. In the end though she did a better job than the older woman who came over halfway through the pedicure to do my manicure. She said even less. It was awkward having to have one hand over my body to the side the entire time and did not feel relaxing at all. It was the quickest and sloppiest manicure I've ever had. One of my nails was broken and she didn't even try to file it into some kind of decent shape, just left it. No cuticle oil applied. She didn't even wash or alcohol off the lotion before applying polish so it really makes me wonder how long it will last. She accidentally touched one of the nails and messed it up but instead of redoing it just sloppily fixed it. Two of my nails dried with bubbles in the polish. In the middle of all this the pedicurist looked up and her eyes got wide. She said something in whichever language they were all speaking to each other and another lady swatted at something above my head. Creepy, yes. Spider perhaps?Our visit ended in them swatting at a COCKROACH that was behind my chair. Maybe that's what almost crawled on my head. I was happy with my experience at Fendi. I am very picky about my nails since I have a hard time keeping any artificial nail from lifting and lasting more than a week. When I told the tech this she said that not to worry if there is an issue to come back and she would fix it. She told me exactly what shape and style I needed since I had a lot of issues. The she set to work, she took her time and made sure the nail looked amazing and was not thick. She even pointed me towards a cuter nail polish than I originally picked. They did my little girls nails and toes and was really sweet to her even when she messed up a nail and they had to start over. This is now my spot for nails! Read Less

I have lived in the Charlotte area for a year now. I am very picky about who does my mani/pedis. I have tried about 5 different places in the area and wasn't happy until I came to Fendi Nails. The salon is very clean and the employees are very professional. Lancy is as sweet and thorough as they come. She aims to please. She is very meticulous with my nails and does an amazing job. Best yet my nail polish stayed on for the entire two weeks unlike anywhere else I've been. Thank Goodness I finally found a nail salon that I'm happy with. Oh.. Great nail salon! The staff is very friendly, and their Deluxe Pedicure (paraffin wax, extra massage, hot towels) was the same price as other salons' basic pedicures. The girl who did my nails was pleasantly chatty and her massage was wonderful! I will definitely be back :) Read Less

Excellently clean operation. Use plastic bag to line bowls before every customer gets nails done. The main reason I come here has to do with this, as I don't want a germ or fungus entering my nails or legs. I'm super picky about a clean nail place. Regular pedicure is $27, deluxe is $35 and up. In line with other nail shops in the area.  Gel manicure is $30. Regular manicure & pedicure combo is $35. Have had a gel manicure here and it lasted a month before I took it off. Had the deluxe pedicure and regular with the difference being paraffin on the feet, a cooling gel rub for relaxing muscles, more pampering overall.  Great addition to pedicure after a work out. They do a great job.The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is they did not offer me a water, or soda like other nail salons in the area. They also bugged me too much to add a manicure or upgrade my services. I come to relax, not to be haggled for a sale. Was put off by that, but will come back as I really enjoyed the quality of their work  and clean environment.They only negative was lacking in hospitality and tact. Offer a drink upon seating a client and ask about upgrades, etc once and drop it. That would make a perfect experience for any client coming to Fendi nails. Read Less
