My pedicure was great. But I wanted a new set of acrylic nails, but was told it takes too long to remove. So she just did a fill in. My nails are filed at a slant, theres nail polish on my skin. I was told when I wash my hands it'll come off. It didnt. I was very unhappy, and I asked her to remove them completely and id still pay. They told me I was picky, theyd never seen anyone like me before. If I'm paying, I have a right to be picky, they are my nails, and i want them to look good. I never complain about my nails, but this time, I was very unhappy. I ended up not paying, because she refused to fix them because she had an appointment. Just go somewhere else. They were very friendly at first but once I had a problem, they were very rude.

This is a small family owned place. I always like to support that as much as possible. Service was good. I walked in and went staight into a chair. I wish they had better polish and glitter selection....
This is a small family owned place. I always like to support that as much as possible. Service was good. I walked in and went staight into a chair. I wish they had better polish and glitter selection. I wanted something that stood out more but they didn't really have what I was looking for.

Great place for pedicures! The staff are very friendly. We took a three year old and a five year old for their first pedicures and they were so kind to them. Will definitely go again.

I was given a gift from this place and decided to use it. I went in for a manicure and the tech cut my cuticles four times, i did not have the pedicure because i felt they were not santizing properly....
I was given a gift from this place and decided to use it. I went in for a manicure and the tech cut my cuticles four times, i did not have the pedicure because i felt they were not santizing properly. Now having to treat one of my cuticles. Will never go there again.

Needed nails soaked off. Person there whined "that take too long". The only good thing I will say is at least when I asked for a recommendation for another salon in the neighborhood she recommended Moo a few miles away. BTW Moo is fabulous! Day Spa, not so much!

The owner nice but to rough when she was done all my nails was in uneven my nails was also sore and cut my real nails off before doing them now the guy is great on feet.

I'm originally from NJ and it has been extremely hard for me to find a nail salon down here that I love. I've been going to Spartanburg and being over charged and under appreciated as a customer there...
I'm originally from NJ and it has been extremely hard for me to find a nail salon down here that I love. I've been going to Spartanburg and being over charged and under appreciated as a customer there for awhile so I decided to try something new and local & I am SO GLAD I did. Bobby and Kim are absolutely the best and they really care about you as a customer. I would 100% recommend and will be back!! Thank you guys!!

Sent my gf and daughter to get their nails done...daughters nails had humps and valleys in them and girlfriends nails were filed at a slant...wish I could post pics...also really dug into my girlfrien...

My first time going there was late last year. Kim did a good job on my nails. I got jel nails. I loved how they looked. The owner's made me feel right at home.

Absolutely love the sns dip I’ve had them for two weeks now and they are so slim much thinner than acrylic and to my surprise just a durable. Kim and Bobby were so nice and made me feel right at home.

My pedicure was great. But I wanted a new set of acrylic nails, but was told it takes too long to remove. So she just did a fill in. My nails are filed at a slant, theres nail polish on my skin.
