Always pleased with the service I receive from the staff! Friendly and professional. Highly recommend the eyebrow waxing and gel nail. Paula is the best. You might have to wait awhile, but it's well worth it! Also want to add that if they didn't stop taking walk-ins at 6:30PM, they would be there very late. Most of the staff work 7 days a week. If you advertise you are open til a certain time, then you need to take clients until such said time. Very poor customer service in my opinion to advertise you are open until 7pm and a customer calls at 636 asking if they can come for a pedicure and tell them no! If your going to stop taking customers at 630 advertise you close at 630 not 7. I rather drive somewhere 20 or 30 mins that will provide good customer service over this poor customer service. Don't think for a second that just cause your the only place in the immediate area your customers will put up with that. Read Less
