This is normally my go to place to get my nails done. However, today was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The girl doing my mani and pedi was more interested in talking to her coworker that she barely scrubbed my feet, didn't use cuticle remover on my toes and would completely stop what she was doing to talk. Same thing while she was doing my manicure completely stopping what she doing. Never soaked my nails prior to my manicure, left the cuticle remover on for .2 seconds before removing them, didn't have me wash my hands after buffing to remove any dust before painting, rushed through the polish to where the polish looks uneven and not as shiny. Left polish on the skin under my nails, did not clean excess polish around my nails... list goes on. Very surprising cause I have always had a good experience here. Read Less

I got a manicure and pedicure here the other day. The atmosphere was nice and the timing was perfect. My toes came out fantastic the only complaint I have is that in some areas the nail polish is not as thick so you can see the layers are not the same. Other than that I had a great experience. Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT come here! First off my pedicure lasted a whole 9 minutes... from start to finish WTF. And to make matters worst when I got my mani done I had to ask twice for new tools because they were DIRTY! The first one had nail clippings in the box and the second one was dusty and gross... I then saw a girl get a pedi in the same station I was just in and had not been cleaned... over all I spent 60 bucks for the worst experience of my life. Did I mention I am a licensed esthetician? We love this place and the ladies even more. This is smack dab between my house and my mom's. we are now regulars. The ladies here treat my mom like a queen- heck Ann even calls her Mom. We called in for a party of 5 on a rainy Sunday evening (about 5:30pm). They accommodated the party very easily, even with a handful of clients already in the chairs. they also offered us drinks which was nice. 4 of us received gel manis, 1 normal mani, and all of us got normal pedis. (normal mani/pedi ran $40). 1 of the nail techs was pretty vocal about his thoughts/opinions. Some may think he's playful or helpful, commenting on how long it took my friend to pick her colors, and letting her know which ones were bad for her. Others may take offense to his casual attitude. Even though we were just about the last group there, it didn't seem like most of the nail techs were rushing. Although, speaking for myself, the particular lady who did my nails (the boss lady) skipped a step when she had to redo one of the nails. She wiped the original polish off but didn't apply a new base coat. they were nice enough to not rush us out the door when we were sitting by the UV fan area, but I had bubbles in my manicure before I left the location.
