Very focused on customer service! I love going here. They listen to what I want, when I am not sure they will offer color options and it always turns out amazing. I'm so glad I found this salon! It is in the building to the left side of Duncan Donuts so a little hard to see from the main road. But absolutely amazing customer service and extremely polite staff! I hardly ever write reviews, but I love my recent hair cut with Gigi/Heather and wanted to share. I am 38 years old and have never had a steady stylist. Granted I have moved around a lot in my life, but now that I call Charleston home and plan to for a while, I am absolutely certain I will only ever let Gigi work on my hair again. Two of my friends recently had appointments with her and this was the main driver to see what she could maybe do for my mane. I absolutely love it. I have really thick, heavy, and somewhat long hair and while she kept the length (at my request) it feels so much lighter. I feel amazing for summer!
