Will not let you put a negative star. Most unfriendly place, I had made an appt. Then Owner & husband busy after on phone I was told NOT TO BE LATE. Horrible gel, already chipped, went next day & was told when I had to come back. I own my business, I had clients booked. I could not come back on their time schedule. I went back to show the owner so she could see the mess & schedule a time to have them re-fix the mess. I was never planning on going back but felt she needed to fix the mess. A couple came in for pedicures & she took shoes & put on the table top, not the floor. I saw that & made me so sick to my stomach. She had to call 2-3 times to get her husband & workers to come & work. They had gone to Starbucks for coffee. Really ?? I picked out color & another worker went & got another color?? I was told to pick out color. Why should she switch it? Color is ugly. They do not know how to do gel w/ uv-light. Over priced as well.

I went in to get my gel manicure take it off and the technician took out an electric nail filer instead of taking the time to soak them off and ruined my nails. My nails are flaky and uneven. He didn’t even file them straight.

I walked in with a long, natural nail 3/4 broken. No appointment...on vacation. I thought I would have to cut my nails down, but she instead powder coated my nails and you could no longer see the break and the polish job was shiny and amazing!!! I spent the week at the beach, digging in the sand, etc., and the gorgeous nail job held up! I had no wait time at all and have never been happier with a nail job in my life!!! My nails still looked great two weeks later back here in TN! I give this place an A++++!!! I have no idea why some of these other subpar reviews. I hope Irma does not affect Folly. I would love to come visit again and this salon will definitely be on my itinerary.

I only got a gel pedicure and was told that I "needed an eyebrow wax"...and on my birthday no less. Not so awesome but I said ok. 75 dollars later I was shocked. And I lived in NYC. Never going back...

I won't let anyone other than Lynn do my French gel mani. By far the best French manicure I have ever got. I love her so much I've been going every other week for the past year now. She loves her customers and has made it clear that she want everyone to leave happy. If you have a problem she will fix it with no hesitation. I love her and her salon !!

All the staff is so nice and talented I love all my pedis and my acrylics stay on for 4 weeks... not to mention they do the best art work around!

Really disappointed... First, it was $60+ dollars for a basic gel manicure and regular pedicure (not including tip!). This wouldn't be too big of deal except:1 day after, I noticed they really didn't ...
Really disappointed... First, it was $60+ dollars for a basic gel manicure and regular pedicure (not including tip!). This wouldn't be too big of deal except:1 day after, I noticed they really didn't put a thick enough top coat on my toe nails, they look a little ridged and not very glossy.2 days after, I noticed that they didn't do a great job of nipping off bits of dry skin at the corners of my toe nails.3 days after, the skin around all my cuticles on my fingers started peeling (this has NEVER happened before!!!).They didn't use great products, which for that price, they should've used an exfoliant and good quality hand/foot cream.They were really sweet, but I think they need to reconsider their pricing and service.

Had a pedicure here with my sister while on vacation in the area. They were very nice and accommodating, saw us right away and offered us a drink. Great service, didn't take long, affordable.

I work in the nail industry and have gotten my nails done by Lynn before. I was rushed for time to get my nails done and popped in to have a full set of acrylic put on, assuming I'd get the same service as received before. Unfortunately she rushed the entire process, the nails were not evenly shaped, many blemishes and a few cuts to my cuticles. Also I was not greeted in a welcome manner.

Super super clean. They use the linen to cover the pedicure spa sink. They disposed it and get the new linen for spa pedicure chairs for each customer. So u don't have to worry about getting fungus or...
Super super clean. They use the linen to cover the pedicure spa sink. They disposed it and get the new linen for spa pedicure chairs for each customer. So u don't have to worry about getting fungus or infection nails and toes nail..and they the best manicure shellac and gel colors in Jame island..

Will not let you put a negative star. Most unfriendly place, I had made an appt. Then Owner & husband busy after on phone I was told NOT TO BE LATE. Horrible gel, already chipped, went next day & was told when I had to come back. I own my business, I had clients booked. I could not come back on their time schedule. I walked in with a long, natural nail 3/4 broken. No appointment...on vacation. I thought I would have to cut my nails down, but she instead powder coated my nails and you could no longer see the break and the polish job was shiny and amazing!!! Really disappointed... First, it was $60+ dollars for a basic gel manicure and regular pedicure (not including tip!).
