I love this shop. The workers are all from Korea so yes the language barrier can be an issue. For the most part they treat you like you treat them. Basically if your rude and nasty they are rude and nasty. Never had an issue because I try to be polite to everyone. They do an awesome job. The husband does amazing work. I heard the wife is better then him but she never seems to be there when I come. The one thing that I would say is that they have one guy in there that knows no english at at all. He is very very rough. When you tell him that he's hurting you he just laughs. I stopped getting pedicures from there because of this. Overall great service. The only reason this place gets one star is because the lady that did my eyebrows she did a GREAT job!! I had to tell them numerous times what I was in there for as if they don't understand ENGLISH! But they are quick to speak their language when they start talking about you! This cheap nail polish that's supposed to be GEL started coming off 5 days AFTER it was put on!! I've known Maggie and all the women who work here and I've never been treated better in my life. Not only are these women hard working women they engage with you and they listen and most of all it feel like a " day off " here. Maggie has been doing my nails and my pedicures for 10+ years now and she is like family to me. I would HIGHLY suggest going here. The prices are great and they genuinly love what they do. They are rude n suck went there to get my nails done on lunch they told me 30 min then it is 12:44 n I asked when is someone gonna be doing my nails the man proceeds to tell me that dnt have appointments n maybe someone come n I have been here since 12 n no one came n n was trying to argue with me so it is still 1246 n I still haven't gotten anything done on my nails at all this is the worse service I have evergotten n will never come back or recommend this place to anyone do my whole hour lunch wasted for nothing do not waste your time cause that's all it will be a waste of time Read Less

I've been going to the nail salon for about a year now, they do great eye brows & lashes. But recently I got my first full set of gel nails, they were nice till two days later I had a very bad infection on my pinky finger I had to go to the hospital to get it sliced open for the pus to come out. I went in for a Mani & pedi for a wedding. I wanted shellac polish on my fingernails & regular polish on my toes. I was undesive of the color. I showed the technician a pic of my maid of honor dress. She showed me some complimenting colors. The color went lovely with my attire. The services I received are worth mentioning. Good customer service is rare these days; however, I found it at Glamour Nails. The polish lasted past 2 weeks. I find this worth mentioning also. In the past, the shops I visited previously, the shellac polish lasted BARELY a week. I would recommend Glamour Nails, esp for a Mani & pedi with Shellac Gel Polish.
