Don't know about the services that they provide, however I do know that they are not honest, accept stolen credit cards, and will continue serving those they knowingly cheated others. In mid February, my bank card was used at this business, they owner sent me pics of the person, supposedly called the police, but had to wait until her bank approved the dispute and issue a refund. My bank refunded me within 2-3 weeks. On a return call to the salon, the owner told me that the girl that used my bank card came in again and paid cash. 3 months later, I'm being told the same thing, that her bank hasn't approved the dispute. I personally don't think that the police were ever contacted by the salon and they enjoy being paid with money that people other than their customers has worked hard for. My technician has a good knowledge onto her work. I could sit until she was SURE my polish was dry. They're still very sanitary with disposable buffer pads. I plan on coming here every couple of months! Read Less

Justin is a very mean guy !!! I was 5 min late and he was incredibly rude and verbally abusive and this is not the first time . I have seen him treat others equally as bad . I had a guy once and he was pretty good and I had a girl the next time and she was nice but did not do a good job. . For starters $40 for a regular manicure/pedicure seems outrages to me. But if I am going to spend $40 there is an expectation that comes along with it, I can easily buy a nail polish and paint me own nails for a fraction of that price. I used to live in New York and the nail salons are amazing! A manicure/pedicure is literally half the price and you get a paraffin heel treatment, a full 5 minute leg massage( they even set a timer for good measure!) and if it's slow they have someone come around and give you a shoulder massage while you are getting your manicure and while you dry your nails at no extra cost! It's not that I need all these things to be a happy customer but I left feeling the service did not match the cost and slightly ripped off. After recently moving to the Bluffton  area, I was in search of a quality nail salon. I went to another unnamed salon in Bluffton and was very disappointed with their rude mediocre service. So I yelped and researched for other nail salons before choosing this one. I was able to call ahead and make an appointment. I was greeted by friendly professionals. It was extremely crowded but that is to be expected on a Friday afternoon, but they handled everyone professionally and efficiently. This place is SO much better than H'allure. Saved me from a fungus that H'allure nearly gave me. I was well taken care of and they comfortably fixed a cracked toenail as well as the damage on my fingernails. Very warm and welcoming manicurists on staff, they didn't rush anything and put in extra effort when other nail places in the region did not to care for my nail health. Make sure they understand what you are asking for... I asked several times for Gel and the girls (not the guys) would apply acrylic instead, but they charged me for gel. It took me time to figure it out why my nails never lasted more than 5 days. They are nice people but I don't love the fact that being an existing client they still didn't appreciate my business. A totally decent nail salon. Except before my gel polish had even soaked off my nail tech answered 10 phone calls, rang up 5 customers, and checked in every appointment that came in so it seemed like my nails took forever to get done. The phone rang every 4 minutes and he always had to stop to answer it. I understand salons get busy but that is why places hire receptionist! Horribly overpriced for the service you get.My mom was here visiting from CA and we decided to her pedicures. I ended up coming here since I had to drop my dog off at Petsmart and needed something to do for awhile. This place was clean and I was able to be seen immediately. This place fills up QUICKLY! Went To get a gel fill in and you couldn't even tell that he did the fill in once he was done. It looked exactly how it did before I came in ! Terrible. I came down to the Bluffton/Hilton Head area for vacation and I happen to come to Tip Toe nails. I am very satisfy and extremely happy I went and get to meet such lovely people in the shop. Although their English are sometimes hard to understand, I find it very cute because they try to make me feel as comfortable as possible. THe price was good but the manicure was below average. My daughters went together to have a gel manicure. The color selection was very small. One daughter had bubbles in her gel application and the other daughter had nails that were not completely painted. We were really disappointed. Read Less
