Don't believe any of the negative comments. I have been to this salon on numerous occasions and every time the nail tech's are kind and down to earth. Everyone talks to everyone and they are always willing to try whatever you ask for. Stop by anytime between 9 and 6:30 because, the right thing to do is respect their time the same way you would want someone to respect yours. No one wants to feel rushed so come in a timely manner so that you can get what you're paying for. With alll that being said, stop by and check them out i promise you wont be disappointed. Read Less

I visited the Nail Bar for the first time this past Sunday and had a wonderful experience. My toenails were in bad shape and it had been years since I had any salon services on any of my nails. Went here today and was disappointed because I didn’t get anything I asked for. I was scouting around the day before and I asked the lady there does her shop do designs and rhinestone and she told me yes. I got here and I felt rushed. I asked the tech if she could do the design and she told we don’t do designs anymore so that was a disappointment for my kids. She was very curt with me and didn’t really care about what we asked for it was just an in and out of my face and almost prejudice type. She really didn’t even conversation with me like most techs did. I tried to be understanding of the fact that she was 25 weeks pregnant. The crazy thing is I’m 22 weeks. The young lady that did my pedicure was much sweeter and attentive than the pregnant woman. Its ok to be nice to people that are nice to you. Best nail place in Bluffton. They've stayed late finishing my nails because I arrived late, they always do an amazing job and listen to what I want. I'm very picky and they're always super patient and go above and beyond. I was driving all the way to savannah to get my nails done at my old go-to spot until I found them. I had my SNS dip nail manicure last over a month with no chipping or staining!!! I've been to a few other nail salons in Bluffton and the quality of work is just not the same! I visited another salon between visits to The Nail Bar but I just like latter. & I had a huge happy onto the NAILS. They didn't have much time for all BUT they didn't to forget on me. The workers there are super nice. Like other commenters they were able to recreate the nail art design very amazing. The prices are also excellent! I hope to come be back :) Read Less

I was not happy with my manicure. The young girl tecnichian was rushing, the cuticles were not cleaned correctly, and the polish a little sloppy. I went in for a manicure and the nail tech talked me into getting the gel manicure. He spent about only one minute filing my nails, then painted them. I won't be going back there again. There are better places to go in Bluffton. In addition, the gel will it come off. I went in there to ask the nail tech how to take off the gel. He told me to use 100% acetone. I bought this, and dipped my finger on them for about 30 seconds, and nothing!! So, I just have to wait until this nail polish peels off. In the meantime, I am stuck with then! No fun! Read Less

I have been coming here for 4 years in a row while vacationing here. This salon had the most loving, inviting, and warm affirmations on the walls. I would drive 20 minutes to specifically come to this salon. This year when I walked in, I was sooo sad to see the beautiful walls had been painted over. How sad!!! The new owner painted over the beautiful affirmations that had been on the walls for years. Now it's just another boring salon. The positive energy is gone. I will not be coming back. I had a horrible experience here in 2015 I went in for a gel pedicure because I keep hearing good things about this place all was going well until I wanted them to put rhinestones on my two big toe nails they applied the rhinestones with nail glue and put get polish over the stones which made it look horrible not only that they also stained my BRAND NEW Birkenstocks which are $135 with the oil they put on my feet after I told them not to put my shoes on my feet just yet not to mention when I went to Tip Toes to get a new pedicure they had an extremely hard time getting the rhinestones off of my big toe due to the gel coat the nail bar put on top I left dissatisfied and upset that they messed up my new and expensive sandals Read Less

While visiting in November I had a french manicure with Jack. He used the dipping powder. I loved it! It was so fabulous that I received more than a dozen compliments when I returned home. I just came back for another visit with Jack and again left extremely satisfied. Looking forward to coming back for another visit..... already can't wait to have him do my nails. Read Less

Would look for another place to go. Nice staff but even after leaving the flip flop on my toes for 3 hours after pedicure - the toe was smudged due to heavy application and my fingernail is already coming off less than 24 hours later. Spend more at a resort and get one that lasts and also uses fresh foot scrubbers. This one did not and seemed not as sanitary as it should be. Read Less

Worst place ever! Went in for a new nail color and they did the worst job ever. The person who painted my nails did it in such a hurry that it was all over and he didn't even clean the edges off. A great place to go to for uniquely designed nails! I came here for cute nails to celebrate my 21st birthday. I got the look I was going for! Cheetah print turquoise nails, they looked fabulous! Jason (the owner) was the technician doing my nails, he made me feel very comfortable - almost like family. I also got a pedi while I was there and it was very relaxing. It has been quite a while since I've been back here. I would recommend making an appointment, I showed up as a walk-in a few weeks ago and had to go elsewhere due to limited time. Read Less
