I liked this salon my first few times, but after a while they started rushing their work and quality was really hit or miss. Loved Christy and the guy that wears glasses, but Kyle was especially rushed. I don’t know if he gets all of the walk ins or what. Everyone was always very friendly though. I wound up choosing a new salon to go to because of the hit or miss quality and their prices are higher than most. For example, getting your cuticles and dead skin cleaned up is an additional fee at PP2 and doesn’t come with your manicure. I thought that was very strange. Read Less

Best nail salon in Bluffton. Right when you walk in you are greeted by many employees and you feel very welcomed. I wanted both a pedicure and a manicure(dip powder). They did both of the services at the same time while I got to sit back and relax in the pedicure massage chair. My nails look wonderful!! Very please with their work and their hospitality. My BFF and I came here on a Sunday for pedis. They were pretty busy but we were fortunate that they were able to get us both in within a reasonable amount of time. The next time I think I would make a reservation to be on the safe side.After our pedi, I decided to have a polish change. I had been doing gel, but decided to try the SNS powder this time. The only downside here is that they have a limited selection of colors for SNS. However, the basic pedi & SNS nails only came to $68 (before tip) which is very reasonable compared to what I normally pay. I would go back to this salon. Read Less

They charged me more than I have ever paid anywhere else for my nails and they look terrible... they are flimsy and I feel like they could break at any time... and there's a huge bump where the tips are... they didn't do the extra work to shape my nails to make them look like my real nails and not something I glued on from the dollar store! The polish looks a little matte by now and this is Day 2... you can kind of see the big bump I'm talking about in the pictures below.... if you feel the nails you can definitely feel the bump and it feels like my nails have some kind of disease or something!! the guy who did it barely made eye contact with me also... By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I asked for a set of acrylics and asked for them to be coffin shaped, and the nail technician replied saying  "are you sure, it cost extra money how about you just keep them wide instead" I don't know if he was in a hurry some where and he just didn't feel like putting his time into it but he rushed so much. Only used one drill when there should be multiple drills used on acrylics, the paint job was terrible, didn't put enough acrylic on my nail and 4 of my nails are crooked and very rounded. And when I was drying my nails he looked over at me five minutes later saying you should be done now, he was very rude and didn't make it a relaxing or pleasant experience what so ever. Went here the day before my wedding with my bridal party! Couldn't be more impressed with the way they treated all of us. The atmosphere was warm and kind with the bubblies flowing. All of our manicures and pedicures turned out beautifully & completed with gems and all! They also offered a variety of French Manicures that kept everything classy and timeless. I would highly suggest to book with them if you want to have a girls day or if you have any events like weddings, birthdays or even school dances! They also did a really cute manicure for the flower girls in our big day and they had such a great time with their first experience at a nail salon! Went here with a bridal shower where we were treated like royalty! The champagne was poppin and the atmosphere was just delightful! The flower girls were spoiled and had a great time and their manicures were so precious! They offered a variety of French Manicures which really helps keep things timeless on such a big day like this! Everyone in the shop was so nice and if I didn't come in from out of town I know this would be my regular spot because everyone was so sincere and they made sure we were more then pleased with the end product. The massages we received really helped ease the tensions with the big day coming up and I am just so glad we started our bridal party with coming to the Pink Polish 2 that morning! If you have a party then I would definitely book with them ahead of time because I would see with the great service how they would be booked all the time! Read Less

My friend and I were referred to this place by someone that regularly comes to Bluffton. We did get greeted quickly and were able to get pedicures at the time of our appointments. We believe that our pedicures were pretty good and the price was reasonable. What we did not like was the body language we were experiencing from the staff while in the salon, as well as attitude in some respects. For example, when we came in we told them we wanted the deluxe pedicures. Our technicians did not seem aware of this and we had to tell them again. Also, I was looking for a very bright pink polish color. The salon had many pinks but not many of them were bright. I wanted to take a handful of them to the chair with me and check them out while I was getting my pedicure as I usually do every single time I get a pedicure in my hometown. I was planning to hold onto them and be careful with them while I was in the chair. When I got to the chair they pulled out the little tray and insisted that I put them on there. When I turned on the chair to vibrate the little tray was vibrating also and they were looking very critically at me and made a comment that I was going to drop the polishes onto the floor and break them which I was certainly not going to.  We were also put off by a lady technician who seemed like she may have been a manager, who was giving glaring looks at the customers and the other technicians. She may have also been criticizing but it was in another language so we couldn't understand. To be honest with you we will probably try another nail salon for pedicures before going back to Pink Polish II, since there are so many other salons in the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas. Read Less

Do NOT go here for a peticure. The lady doing the pedicure literally swiped the pumice stone over each foot twice. I could have done that at home. If you don't want to deal with people's feet then find a NEW job. I would go here only for a toe nail polish not a full pedicure. Definitely not worth it. 2 stars because the polish was decent. The woman that did my pedicure yelled at me twice and after asking for a French manicure at least four times... I ended up with all white toenails. The last straw was when the young lady brushed my toe with her arm and yelled at me for messing it up. I passed on getting my fingernails done, and out of spite came home and bought all of the things that I need to do my own gel nails. I was that pissed as I don't commonly spend my disposable income on having my nails done. This was supposed to be a nice day with my best friend and daughter. I went in with a friend on a Monday morning for Gel mani/ pedi's. We were seated right away which was really nice and the gentleman working at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Here are a few points....1) I typically will splurge for a spa or deluxe pedicure when I go to salons but honestly here it was not worth the extra money. They only add like an extra gel, no stone massage no extra massage etc. so just stick with a standard pedicure.2) I opted to get the new powder manicure. Overall the process seems less invasive then gel but that's all they did, there was no actual manicure. I feel for that price I should have at least had my cuticles cleaned and a little hand massage.At the end of this process I also felt rushed, I had to ask twice to get the extra material off the top of my finger. Just seemed hastily done for no reason. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I would chose to go back to pink polish 1 in the future. Read Less

When they asked my other half if he wanted a deluxe pedi ( his first time ever getting a pedicure) he looks at me and I replied no thank you she rolls her eyes and says well your to cheap! - I should have driven the extra 15 min to my regular nail salon would have saved $70 on two pedicures! This place was horrible. They started out by asking me if I wanted the "quick peti" due to my pants not being able to roll up entirely ( my mistake.) I was stoked and ASSUMED I would save some money so I agreed. When the guy was "finished" he "completed" my peti with only one transparent cote. I had to ask another employee to put a second cote which was sloped on. When asking how much they proceeded to tell me $30. $30 for a "quick pedicure?" Okay so I paid and later realized the slop job and the slop nail bed job days later. They made my toes look worse. Best of all I assume they knew what they were doing. We are in Hilton Head for vacation and myself, my husband and son and daughter (9&4) came to get pedicures and manicures. The staff was Sooo friendly and the service was Top Notch! I stopped by Pink Polish 2 on a Sunday and was immediately in a clean pedicure chair.  Wonderful and relaxing foot/ leg massage and very precise polish application.  She used a small makeup brush dipped in remover to clean up around my toes. I will definitely be back! Read Less

My husband and I went in for pedicures.  Awesome experience.  Employees are very friendly and  no language barrier.  Clean and the pedicure tubs have plastic liners that are disposed after each customer.  We are going to make this a monthly date. Read Less

Had a mani here - the girl technician made my cuticles bleed and didn't completely paint the nail. Definitely one of the worst manicures I've ever had. Went with my mom and she enjoyed her pedicure. Staff was friendly but would definitely try another place in the future. Read Less

Nice, clean, pretty face. Immediately greeted with a smile. Hardly any wait on a saturday morning, but still great service. My nails turned out great and they also waxed my eyebrows and I was pleased. Never been to the 1st Pink Polish, but Pink Polish II is great. Read Less
