Went there for the Dip Powder, the girl that did my nails did a horrible job. Nails were uneven, lumpy, just horrible. I paid $35.00. I left and a big chunk of polish came off. Went back to have all my nails fixed and they charged me another $45 . What a rip off. Will NEVER go back. Worst place in the area. came in for a simple pedicure and eyebrow wax. ended up getting a more expensive pedicure package and I am more than pleased with it. they took me into the massage room for the foot and leg massage and it was beyond worth every penny spent. clean environment, friendly staff, and my eyebrows always turn out great. 10/10 will recommend to any and everyone. I do not know why people are bashing this place. I arrived in May of 2017 to South Carolina for Military purposes and every time I have gone here I have had outstanding work done on my manicures and pedicures. Even the massages were fantastic!! This is my go-to salon for pedicures! I have been coming to this salon for just over a year and today was a WHOLE new experience. They have started using a new organic skin care line that was awesome and had a very pleasant scent. They also have mini facial now that I am excited to try.  I was shocked by the other reviews on here. I have never had a poor experience here and I suggest this salon to friends quite often. I normally go to a different nail place, but this one was open and closer to my house. I must say my pedicure was absolutely amazing, also did the powder and they look amazing. I think the lady who did mine was the owner. She was amazing. They are very nice and did not rush. So happy I ended up going there. Will definitely be back. Read Less

They are so nice there and never mess my nails up. They usually put a warm towel on them and massage them with a really nice lotion almost every time, depends if they are busy or not. I go back every time I need my nails done. Read Less

The nail tech I got, he name was LYNN. (That's what it sounded to me) she was rushing the whole time. Did not talk to me at all. She didn't even massage my hands. She was with another customer while trying to finish me. She was on her phone in the beginning too. So unprofessional. I told her in the end that I had dirt under my nails if she could take it out. She then tells me very rudely that " I can't do anything about it.!" So I then had to tell her that if she could scrape underneath with something so she then did it. When I was done I went over to my mom who was also getting the same thing as me. I believe, BOB, was the nail tech she got. he was still taking his time with my mom. He made sure he was taken care of. He then stared massaging her hands and I went ahead and told him that the girl didn't do that to me. So he had another girl come and message my hands. I made this appointment for the both of us A WEEK AGO so there was NO reason why this Lynn girl would have 2 customers at the same time. This was my first time In the salon.  I just walked in and was seated. I got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The acrylic nails look ok I guess. The male technician did a good job. He was also very polite. I noticed another customer received a Coke with her visit. So I was like Oh they serve drinks here ? My technician never offered. Then was escorted to another technician to do my pedicure. Pedicure was okay, the technician didn't really scrub my feet too well. It was a very soft scrub and soft massage. Again, a customer sat down next to me... and was immediately given champagne. She didn't ask, it was just automatically given to her. So this made me feel weird because my technician again.. never offered. Not sure why others are getting special service. Then I was weirded out that I was escorted to the back to lay down. Nap for 10 min the technician said. I closed my eyes but heard Radio music and the other technicians were talking and it's not very private . I was really hoping for this same chair, but with quiet and maybe relaxing spa sounds. Anyway, the technician surprised me with another very soft massage on the feet and some hot rocks. It was a dry massage , she used lotion but I really wish they would massage without the latex gloves. It burned my legs! When I was ready to pay at the front counter I noticed there was different pedicure prices. I was never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. The technician just automatically decided for me. I also didn't get any polish on my nails to make them natural. But the technician decided on her own to add gel clear coat instead of the normal without asking . And was charged extra for that. Overall, I paid $70 . And spent two hours in there. I thought that was high. Looking at my toe nails closely the technician didn't do a very good job. The nails are cut unevenly and there is polish outside the nails. I will never step foot in here again ! And you shouldn't either ! Read Less

My first visit here went well. I had a mani pedi and then after I was told to go into the back room and I got a massage - I was surprised by that and a little weirded out at first because I wasn't expecting it, but it was great.I went back a few months later with my sister. We made two appointments at the same time so we could sit together. When we walked in we were not greeted.  We picked our polishes and stood waiting until someone finally told us where to sit.  My manicure started first and it was unimpressive. She did not ask how I wanted my nails filed and just did her own thing, I directed her on the shape I wanted and she somewhat listened. Ultimately, my nails ended up crooked. Also, she didn't ask if I wanted my cuticles cut (I didn't) but she started hacking away. There wasn't any exfoliating and the massage was short.  At this point I noticed that someone still hadn't started on my sister. My manicure was basically over (just polish left to do) because she sped through it. I had chosen a light vinylux color and she tried to put base coat on (which you don't do with vinylux). The color was very streaky and wasn't covering but she told me it would even out with the top coat - it didn't.Overall and for multiple reasons this was a very disappointing visit. I am almost always pleased when I come here.  It can be pricey, but their delux pedicure is one of the best I've found in the area.  They do all the basics at the pedicure chair, then for the massage, you're escorted to a relaxing lounger in another room.  They massage for 20 minutes.  Only once have I been less than impressed with one tech, which is why 4 stars not 5. After arriving and being sat at a station, a couple women came in and were seen before me even though I was assured I would be seen first. Sounds like others have had this similar experience. Worst service I've ever received. I came in with my daughter and asked about wait time. I was told we would be next as there were no appointments ahead of us. So we waited about a half hour and then when someone else came in they took them ahead of us. They said the people had an appointment. I had specifically asked prior to waiting. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure (the pedicure was supposed to be on special for $20.)The owner, Tina, spent my entire 1 1/2 hour appointment trying to get me to join a pyramid scheme. After I politely declined, she continued to try to convince me throughout the entire time. I felt very uncomfortable and did not get to enjoy the relaxing experience I had gone for.  In addition,  they did not end up giving me the special pricing for the pedicure.My manicure and pedicure were good, but I can see the reason why their salon is empty, while H'Allure right up the street is always busy. Decided to try this place instead of my regular nail salon because it seemed like they had extra services on their menu. My pedicure was so rushed - I sat in the chair at 4:45 and was finished by 4:55. The guy then told me to come in the back room for a foot and leg massage, which caught me off guard but I went anyway. He used HOT stones on my feet which left blisters on the sole of my left foot. Will not be returning, ever. Read Less

Simply Wonderful! Had a fabulous deluxe spa pedicure complete with a choice of massage lotions. The massage chairs were great and  Kim did an excellent job on my feet and calves. I was offered a choice of drinks and felt like the staff took time to ensure a very relaxing  experience. Highly recommended! Read Less
