For starters, i've been waiting an hour just got a full, 3 customers after me got assisted before me. Maybe its because he was rushing, filed too or just way too rough, because it caused my thumb to bleed. He applied 3 of my nails crooked with no intentions to fix them or apply them correctly. Other than that great colors, but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! Rush jobs aren't ever good ones. & NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME WHATSOEVER. I found this place about a month ago and wish I had found it sooner! FREE FREE FREE and FREE everywhere :) free coffee! free soft drink! free candy! Yes, I was also shocked to hear that. Besides, their skills are super good. I asked for a cactus design on my nails and my technician did it easily. The best part is now it still looks very good. Also, the space is clean and cool. Just moved to Bluffton and I found a new nail salon _ Lucky Nails. That's really beauty nails! I was welcomed by the graceful staff. Whole of the technician was ultra kind and lovely girls. I spent time on Yelp hunting down the perfect place to do some fancy nail work for a wedding and I found Lucky Nails AMAZINGGG! I only needed a manicure so they were able to take me in as quickly as I walked in without a prior appointment. The technicians paid very close attention to detail. I just returned to Lucky Nails in Bluffton yesterday to refill my nail. I am incredibly happy to have come across this place. They were so polite when they greeted me. They gave me the best manicure ever. The staff was very kind and tended to our needs. The prices are on par with others in area but let's look to quality and choose. My friend's nail are beautiful after coming Lucky Nails in Bluffton and I wanted to try it.I had a great experience. They laughed loudly when I arrived and immediately arranged for my seat.I asked them to pedicure and I was really relaxed.They were a great beauty and care as though they are creating a work of art on my nails.I feel at home with comfortable space and friendly people. Went to Lucky Nails with my friend to get our nails done today and we got gel manicures. Lucky Nails was my first time here and the staff was very welcoming. All the ladies were wonderfully nice and sweet. Make sure you ask for the nail staff! She cleaned my nails very well, especially my cuticles which was nice because I haven't had my cuticles properly cleaned for quite some time. She also made sure I was happy with whatever she did to my nails and gladly checked in every so often. When I first went in, (a year ago) I asked if they were able to do a partial pedicure. I explained it is because it is uncomfortable for me to have the bottom of my feet scrubbed.Yes, was the answer, not a problem. I paid what was charged and tip 35%+Grateful, I began promoting their business to friends.They ask me to hand out their flyer/coupons- I do.As time went on and I go in and ask for a partial pedicure, I am now treated as a second class citizen. I come in sit down in the chair and wait. Last time, the girl proceeds to clean all of the foot baths, and everything else and I've already waited for 30 minutes. The Young lady next to me makes mention of it-seeing I was there before her, observing how...rude. I decide to get up to leave ... I have repeatedly tried to be patient and kind and considerate... If I could give 0 stars I would ! Took a disabled person there and they REFUSED  him service . I took him to nails 365 spa and immediately gave him the best pedicure ever !!!!     Don't see what is LUCKY about this place .    Will report them to board of cosmetology. Read Less

Worst pedicure ever... Barely spent any time at all on my feet... Total disappointment. My nails were done in a hurry and not as perfect as they should have been. My husband tipped her because he didn't know how disappointed I was and only then did she offer to fix my nails. Shitty experience. Read Less

I always have a great experience at this location. As long as Annie or Sean are the technicians doing my nails. I have had acrylic, and the UV gel and they always come out wonderful. My best friend has had the Shellac manicure here as well and had no complaints. There are 2 tech's I wouldn't recommend (unsure of their names) and I have seen the horrific jobs they can do. Just be sure to ask for Annie or Sean. I ALWAYS get my eyebrows waxed here, and they come out perfectly! I would only allow Annie to do them. The pedicures are nice, too, as well as their massage chair. The only complaint I have would be they aren't very experienced in designs on your nails. For instance, I wanted a simple mummy/ghost design painted onto my nails for Halloween, I even had the picture to show them. They ended up giving me some crazy orange & black flower. Wouldn't recommend if you have a specific design you are wanting. Read Less

Literally the WORST manicure I've EVER had. I travel weekly for work and have been to many, many nail salons over the years. I've literally never seen such a high level of incompetence before. First of all, the woman talked (and laughed) incessantly to herself. That was odd, but whatever. Then she cut me. That wasn't good, but I understand mistakes happen. Then she spent the next TWENTY MINUTES roughly rubbing at the cut to try to get it to stop bleeding, despite my insistence that A) that hurt and B) she was only making the bleeding worse. As if that weren't enough, the polish job was awful. I left with polish all over my fingers. It looked like a Parkinson's patient painted my nails. Last but not least, she had the audacity to try to charge me full price, which I obviously refused to do.  I honestly wouldn't consider going back to this place even if it were the last nail salon on earth. I was there the same day as the reviewer above. It was TERRIBLE. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I asked them to stop with the gel still sticky and am going to another salon tonight to get this horrible botch job cleaned up. Please know that I am not crazy picky about my nails, but I do expect that if I am paying $45 you soak my hands, cut my cuticles, and to understand the gel nail process.1. My first clue- They didn't have the gel nail polish painted on those circular plastic nail demos-- I had to open up every bottle to see the color.2. She started using a file on the top of my nails, and did not soak my hands. My pinky started bleeding around the nail and I had to ask her to stop filing them down.3. She didn't cut my cuticles- I wonder if this is because she did not have her cosmetology license?4. She kept touching the gel nail polish. Why? I don't know, because she was leaving behind fingerprints and I kept asking her stop touching them but she kept touching them while they were still sticky.5. The nail polish was everywhere around my nail. It looked worse than what my little sister would do. 6. She didn't understand how to use the gel nail UV lights.I finally just asked for her to stop and I left with my nails half painted. It was borderline hilarious it was so absurd. I cannot even begin to describe my horrible experience at this location. The lady did not even know how to do a gel manicure and the man had to explain everything to her. She tried holding gel nails up to a regular lamp and not a specialized light that is required for gel. POLISH WAS EVERYWHERE. When the gentleman tried to take over he did not even know how to evenly file my nails. He also did not soak my cuticles and cut them. Nothing about this process was that of a normal professional manicure. I do not even think the lady working their had her cosmetology license. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Read Less
