Just moved to Bluffton and went to this salon. Worst mani and pedi I have ever received. Staff unfriendly. Lady at front in charge was rude and unfriendly. I asked for a mani pedi with dip nails. The pedicure was terrible . The mani with dip nails consisted of a guy sitting down smelling of a freshly smoked cigarette. Slapped the dip polish. Wrote the cost ($41) on a sliver of paper. He told me to wash my hands, then got up and walked away telling me my receipt was on the table. No lotion...not a drop, no cuticle clean up, NOTHING. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I had a “dip” done not even 2 weeks ago and was told by the nail tech that it would last for about 4 weeks. I was charged $50 for this service, but received a cash discount, which I did appreciate. The technician was very rude the entire time and on top of it, 2 nails have completely come off already. I called the salon and because the tech is on vacation they are unwilling to fix my nails without charging me a fee of $10 and told me my nails came off because of something I did. I was referred there by Ashley Cochran, a Master Hair Stylist from LimeLite Salon in Beaufort. She said H'Allure was the best choice for quality results and most importantly, the clean instruments that are used. It was a delightful experience having a manicure and pedicure and the foot massage was awesome. I highly recommend this business. As far as any poor reviews. . . any one can have an "off" day. I'm a military service member who was on vacation...I say this because I want to emphasize that I have literally traveled the world and have received nail care for 3 quarters of my life. This place is insane..Pros:  the staff are nice enough, the place is sanitary and there are an abundance of colors to choose from, the price isn't bad. I made an appointment and I was seen quickly. Cons:  I spent two hours in a nail salon and I'm leaving with dry skin still on my feet and an inconsistent gel polish job (thicker or bubbly in some places). Tony, my tech, was nice but rushed through the pedicure in terms of removing the skin around my cuticles, barely scrubbed the heels of my feet but gave a great massage.  Even then o was good until he made me very uncomfortable during my manicure..kept asking me to hunch over and move my hands while he sat back and asked me to keep the led lamp warm by putting my other hand under it 4 times until he was done with the other hand. When I decided not to do that he told me they wouldn't be dry..they're gel.  After four times under the lamp? Then I got my eyebrows done by someone who claimed she understood that I just wanted them cleaned up...epic fail. The last at the front counter doesn't believe in customer service...she's all about getting you in and getting you out. All and all it was a subpar experience and I wish I had spent more money at a spa or at least waited until I went back home. Please don't waste your money. Read Less

While visiting went there yesterday with daughter in law and granddaughter . Although they were crowded and we didn't have an appointment, they got us started immediately ! Hours of operation state clearly on the establishments front door and website that they are open until 5 o'clock on Sundays. I arrived a little after 4 on Sunday and walked into an empty salon where I was greeted by a nice young man who kindly told me that they were closed and I would have to leave. I could understand if the place was full and no one would be able to finish my nails by closing time but the place was completely customer free?! All I suggest is if you're not open when your website and door say you are correct it to the correct hours of opporation as to not inconvenience patrons. Read Less

When we first went here it was great but after being long time customers and introducing this place to friends, for some reason one time we were scolded for being 5 min late and for taking too long to pick out our polish. We were told we needed to have our polish picked out and ready at the exact time of our appointment. Our nail tech who we always got along with and were kind to gave us the silent treatment despite our apology for being minutes late (have you seen traffic on the 278?) You can't run a business like a DMV because in a capitalist society and you can walk away and go to a better one and that is just what we did! We couldn't be happier. A word of advice: treat your customers with respect and be professional. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience and not a fast food restaurant. My sister and I went in to get gel nails and a color change on our toes. The woman directing the flow of customers who is also the owner, continuously treated us like an inconvenience. We unintentionally selected the same OPI color on our toes and nails. The owner attempted to pressure my sister to select a different color for her nails which would cause her to have non-matching nails and toes. After my sister made it clear that she didn't want to change and was fine with the wait, the woman put her hand up and stormed away. She kept acting like it was busy, but I'm from D.C. and my nail salon is twice as busy as this one. My nail tech was great. He did a great job and provided wonderful customer service but the owner was horrible and we will never be back again. We only went to this salon because my sister's regular nail tech at Tiffanys Nails was out of town for the weekend. Save yourself a headache - go to Tiffany's. Read Less

I have been coming here for years and I have received services from every single person; all of the nail techs take their time and spend plenty of time massaging. New to the area and have been looking for a good nail salon. A friend recommended H'allure very highly and after seeing her nails I decided to give them a try. I am super picky about where I get my nails done and do not settle for mediocre service or results. I was greeted by friendly professional staff and had no wait at all. I took my daughters in for a polish as well. They were both very pleased. Very impressed with staff, how clean their salon was, and of course all the gorgeous nails I saw!! I first moved to the Bluffton Hilton head area in February and my coworkers told me about the salon. At first everything was great but the more I went the more I noticed the quality of my nails was going downhill. After needing an emergency appointment I saw Andy because he was the only one available and my nails were not properly manicured. By that I mean my gel polish was very sloppy all over my brand-new set and it was not flush to my cuticle. I voice my opinion to the wom...an at the front and told her that my nails work properly manicured and there's still a big gap plus the polish is it laid evenly she completely ignored me and said cash or card. When I got to work a girl looked at my nails and said you need to go get them done I told her I just left the salon she could not believe me. A couple times after that I went to my normal guy Justin and he did fine with the few minor errors of not shaping my nails properly but nothing big so I didn't say anything. However my last service with him he was running a little bit late so I couldn't get my nails finished. When I went back and saw Tam one of my nails had broke and two of them cracked the lady at the front again was rude to me when I was complaining and acted like I just didn't want to pay for the service. I went in for a fill-in and for polish a gel pedicure and left with gel polish on my fingers and just a polish change on my toes no pedicure. This is my favorite nail salon in bluffton and I would recommend it to all.  The staff is courteous, friendly and personable.  My go to is Sean for the past year but every one is great! Go to Tip-Toe on Malphrus Dr. instead. This is the sh**tiest nail place in Bluffton. I don't know how I spent five months of my life going here every 2-3 weeks. Each of those times that I have visited were individually terrible. I was repeatedly burned with the drill tool they use by Andy- Every. Single. Time. I was told they were the only place with dipping powder, which is the only reason I kept going. They are not. And now I've gone to a different place and learned that they nearly gave me a nail fungus because of their procedure with the dipping powder. They did not remove every layer every time, and water found its way under my nail. If I had gone a few more times, I would've had a fungus and would've had to treat it. Fortunately, through a grueling process, that bottom layer was removed and now my nails look and feel so much better. All thanks to Tip-Toe. Read Less

This is a professional salon with pristine surroundings. While everyone seems competent, I highly recommend Andy - he knows nails and does an expert job. I frequent this shop for both manicures and pedicures. My mani includes a thin acrylic layer at my request and a gel top coat. I have never been kept waiting either. One of the worst places I've gone. First off, extremely over priced!! Second, I showed a picture of a design I wanted for a manicure. The design the gentleman proceed to do, came out no where close to what showed him! If he honestly couldn't do the design, I wish he would have told me before I spent an extra $10+ on a design that looked horrible. Then told me to come back 2 days later if I wasn't happy with it. I went here for the first time for a pedi. It was a little busy but I did not have to wait long at all. The nail technician was friendly and helpful when I was trying to choose what color I wanted. This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Everyone there is really friendly (although communication can be difficult sometimes). They do a great job with gel, French, and especially their pedicures. It's fairly expensive but worth it. The atmosphere is a little bit stereotypical Asian-owned nail salon, but they make up for it with the quality of their work. They're never in a hurry and can always fit you in even if they're busy. This is where my sister and I go when I am in town to visit her. They do a very nice job, but I am not blown away by the amount of time the spend on a pedicure (I'm spoiled up in Philly). Nonetheless, the price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, plenty of colors to chose from, and you'll never have an issue with parking. After going to Allure many times while visiting Bluffton during the last 4 years, I was disappointed in my last interaction.  My husband bought me 2 Gift Certificates (totaling $110 in services) in October 2012 for Christmas. We live in Chicago and he bought them at that time. We did not return to Bluffton until December 2013 due to our house selling in IL, moving, and other travel.  Now we are in Bluffton and building a house. Allure REFUSED to honor the certificates at full value as they had a year expiration.  They were NOT customer oriented and could have cared less about the reason I had not been able to use the certificates. I had a great manicure/pedicure for $110!  They lost a customer who now lives in the neighborhood. I would NOT RECOMMEND this salon to anyone. Read Less

I had just had my nails done 2 days before by another place I had stumbled upon. After two days the white of my French was coming off. I looked through yelp reviews and found this place. I decided to try it out and I'll probably be making this my regular place! Very courteous, I was seen almost right away and my nails look great! Very clean. I LOVED MY NAILS. All I wanted was an affordable french gel manicure. $35 for french gels was a deal! The guy who did my nails was friendly and I could understand his english well. I was impressed. I  was so pleased! My sister was getting married & had her nails done elsewhere. She liked mine better so she went to Allure and had hers re-done. I would definitely go here again in a heartbeat. It was crazy busy on a Thursday morning so be aware of that during peak vacation season. I came here for a brow wax after searching desperately for a place with reasonable prices. I was SUPER impressed! The salon is nicely decorated, very clean, and all the staff members were smiling. It was quite busy but I only had to wait about 5 minutes. My technician did a beautiful job and created an excellent shape and arch. It only cost $10! I tacked on a hefty tip.Their wall of polish colors was massive - seemed like a million choices. I also noticed that the salon manager let a customer know before her manicure that the polish she was interested in was considerably more expensive than the others, and he explained why. I appreciated the fact he was helping her make an informed choice rather than just pushing an expensive product. This will definitely be my nail salon (and brow waxing spot) of choice, hands down.
