I went in for shellac removal on my nails and the tech literally peeled them off along with the top layer of my real nail and the length of most of them. I asked her not to do that and to soak them and she told me it wouldn't make a difference. I told her I've had this done a hundred times and I know it helps and I could have tore them off myself at home with less damage. I left after she did one hand. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. This place is really bad! I can describe my disappointment. So, today my friend and I went to get acrylics. I was first, and the lady is SO sweet but SO rough. My fingers got cut up from the buffer and they started bleeding! I didn't get to choose the shape or size. She asked me what size was good, before I could speak she started cutting. My nails are WAY too short for my liking. My friend's nails were bleeding, bad. Also, my nails now look like bubble gum on them. I wouldn't have paid $28 for a full set. I think the most I would've paid would be $5. I am NEVER coming back here. Read Less

This is the second worse nail place I have ever been to. (see the review with the place with coackroaches for the worst ever) cut the nails not even straight there's chunks lower and then the rest at normal length. Then the second lady comes and does the French polish on my toes. Instead of putting nice smooth white polish like nail salons usually do she dots on uneven blobs. With bubbles all over the polish. Then barely cleans the lines with the brush. With a big smile on her face: "you like?! Nice!" "I hate to be difficult but would it be ok if we cleaned up the line so it looks more like this (showing her what I mean)" she tells me it's not me it's your toe nails. I do right, what you want not possible. Keep in mind when I sat in the chair she saw my French ped so she knows what I want. She then turns around and is obviously bitching about me in a very aggravated voice to the guy doing a pedi next to us. Now HE can see what I'm talking about and his face isn't even at my feet. So she of course gets more mad at him and at me now.... Yeah can't stand that. Oh wait and that's not all. Before getting to the polish part she drenched my toes in oil and grabs my leather flip flops and puts them right on my feet with out removing the extra oil first. So when I got up and started walking to pay I totally almost ate the floor. Also lost my shoe three times because of all the oil before making it to the car yeah fun times! Lol Read Less

Do not go to this nail salon. This was the worst mani, pedi and wax I have ever experienced in my life. They rush because they want to get through as many people as they can, the salon is dirty, they do not even clean the pedicure chairs after each customer. I asked for a wax and told the lady that I just wanted to clean up my eyebrows and I like them thick and showed her the area where I wanted waxed. Well I went from having nice thick eyebrows to pretty much nothing, a thin strip of hair and they were not even at all. I was so mortified when she showed me after she was done, I could not get out of there fast enough!! Don't be fooled by it being busy and thinking it must be good if that many people are going there.
