Very disappointing. My good friend and I traveled from Hilton Head island to this salon because it had good reviews. Tuywen did a good job on my Mani and was very sweet. On the other hand, the younger male nail tech who did my friend's pedi was very rough during the pedi. He didn't clean under her nails. When she reminded him to do it, he sweared he did already, which he did Not! He barely did a massage, just using the tips of his 3 fingers, he behaved as if he didn't even want to do the manicure. A guy told me that he could do dip powder, and when I asked him to file it down so that it looked natural and FLAT, he told me he could not do it. I have had dip powder done before and had them done the exact way that I asked it. My nails look horrible and I would NOT go to the salon again. I’ve been coming here exclusively since I moved here back in October 2017. Ive never had a bad experience here! I don’t make appointments, but usually don’t have trouble being seen in a reasonable amount of time. I was there yesterday for a while getting my SNS done with Alyssa (?) and asked for kind of a newer style, and even though it took a while, my nails look fabulous (she was sorta kinda learning a newer way of doing what I had asked for, so there was some backtracking—... the ONLY reason for being there so long)! Also, I broke one almost immediately and went back today to get it fixed and it’s good as new! I prefer smaller salons, and although I wouldn’t call this a super small salon, I can tell the clientele that comes in is loyal- and they’re treated well, and even with me being a newer client, I can tell they remember me! I appreciate that aspect vs. the feeling of being in a ritzy spa where I’m just another paying customer where they’re trying to get me in and out ASAP so they can get another $$$$. My friend brought me to Perfect Nails a few weeks ago. This place was soooo amazing. My technician made me laugh the entire time. Staff also helped me and did a fabulous job on my nails! I was fortunate enough to be referred to Perfect Nails. This place was be amazing. Staff here was very accommodating. I was very happy with the way they treated me. I had wander in one morning and i found Perfect Nails. Perfect Nails is a great place to go to in Beaufort if you want to get pampered. The appointments were kept in a timely fashion. I was wildly happy with my manicure. The owner was very friendly and approacheable. Another thing to adore about Perfect Nails--Perfect Nails is super clean. Terrible service. The prices are high compared to other nail salons in the area. I got my nails done and they look horrible, they are thick, wide, and have an unnatural look. Went back the next to ask the lady to fixed it and she told me it wasn't her fault and she wasn't able a to do anything about it. I definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Came here after trying to get into another salon with over an hour wait, waited here about 20 mins for a pedicure. Once I was in a chair the service was great. I think I was lucky with the lady I got, she took her time, and did a good job. Seemed clean, they used new tools on me, and cleaned the spa in front of me before and after use. First time experience was really great! I had never had a pedicure before and after getting off of work one day I called to ask if they took walk ins. They were so friendly and told me to come on in. I walked in and they already had a chair for me and a foot bath ready for my pedicure. they were so friendly and professional, the entire staff was so friendly and never having had a pedicure before I didn't know what to expect. I got my nails done last Thursday w/ gel polish and this week it's peeling. Went there today and was questioned several times abt when I got my nails done! They could clearly see it's not even close to time for a fill in. I was told that I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes for someone to come in and repolish my nails, after I had already wait for 30 minutes. The managers were rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanted my nails done right! Hated it, will never go back! Don't waste your time, find another shop in Beaufort! Read Less
