I went to get a pedicure and a manicure yesterday. I was shown to a pedicure chair and sat down. I sat there for 45 minutes with my feet in the water before anyone touched me. A lady finally came and started my toes. About one minute after she started on my toes she answered her cell phone. She processed to talk on her phone for a while. Then she got up and put an earpiece on. She was talking harshly and saying unpleasant phrases such as, “if I loose this job I’m screwed,” and “I swear to god.” I had to listen to all of her issues. She also was rough and hurt my toes. She also said, “I am going to cut you if you don’t stop jerking.” As you may no, it is difficult to sit still when your toes are about to bleed. My toes are still sore today. Also, throughout this experience I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or whoever she was speaking with on the phone. Needless to say my pedicure wasn’t relaxing. I then was shown to a manicure chair. I was hoping that I wouldn’t have the same lady that did my pedicure. But, unfortunately I did. She continued to speak on the phone. I already had the Nexgen Dip powder on my nails. Usually they soak your fingers while you are getting your pedicure to remove the dip powder but this lady just drilled mine of quickly and carelessly. This resulted in raw fingers for me. She then say, “I am seriously going to cut you with this drill if you don’t relax your hand.” Again, it is hard to relax when your skin is being drilled. I told her that it hurt and she didn’t even respond and continued with her conversation on her phone. I am a regular and usually have a great experience here but I will not return to Pretty Nails. Good costumer service, but the quality is horrible! Gel nails only lasted 3 days and they started peeling off. Environment is very relaxing and clean. I will not be going here again. I tried it out 2 times already and the quality was the same. Very disappointed! Read Less

Was charged 55$ for a gel fill in when it’s posted in the salon and online for 30$. I asked for a cut down which is 3$ and i never got that. So i asked to speak to manager and apparently was charged for my length. 25$ for length !!??? I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never again will i go back to pretty nails. I got a plain color no glitter no design. Sad how companies can’t honor their own prices. Read Less

I got dip powder done today and it looks terrible. I pointed out multiple times that there were uneven spots on different nails. It resulted in a crappy manicure. I had a bad experience there at Christmas with a gel manicure too. Never again. Read Less

I really like this place for pedicures. Everyone is very friendly & professional. They use new in package products & or sterilized utensils, very clean. I like being able to walk in and get pedicure without a appointment. Great selection of nail polish, and can do great designs on nails also. There prices are very reasonable Pedicure is $25 & up manicure is $15 & up depending on any extras you want. I would definitely recommend this nail spa. Read Less

I always use Tony, when I go to get a mani or pedi, he is very good and patient! I never use faux nails but this time due to a nasty tear in my nail, Tony suggested I try the powder dip, it was terrific. Wow! I love this place. Today was my first time coming, and I had my little girl with me... They made us feel so at home and were so sweet to her. I normally don't complain about my pedicures but, the staff is really nice .I had a pedicure on sag' I was very disf isfied... I was v I was very unhappy with my service I understand that weekends can be busy, but if I have to wait for a service I expect to get my full service. I had a pedicure and felt like she was rushing the whole time, my cuticles were not done then I asked for callus remover and I still had rough callus's when I left, and I had polish on my toes and and on my cuticles I have given this place 2 times my business,I will not recommend this place to anyone. Pretty nails and spa is a full service nail salon specializing in manicures, pedicures, and waxing services.  I have been a customer for about 6 months now and I really enjoy it.  They are always so very nice, professional, and most importantly good at what they do.  They will go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want and you leave feeling very appreciated. Sometimes, because they are so busy you may have to wait about 15 mins, however I found that if you go early and during the week there is never any wait times. I personally enjoy seeing Ty because he is so funny, and Katie because she is so gentle and really takes the time to make sure she does a good job.  But everyone I have ever had at Pretty nails, are really good at what they do. Kim did an amazing job on my manicure, and pedicure. She did palm trees, and ocean for my trip to Hawaii. Now she did catus, and desert for my trip out west. They don't have very good nail performance. They don't get the gel manicure or nail polish all the way to the cuticle or on the sides. Also, for some weird reason the nails for gel chip within hours of getting it done!!! Would not recommend going here. Read Less

I really did like the place. Very nice. Elegant. Clean, for the most part. They were accomodating, but seemed more concerned about clients coming in than about the client in their chair. I had valid questions and i felt like my questions were ignored and when finally answered, not much consideration. It's been a little over four hours since I got gel done and paid $43 for French tip... they are already chipping. Kind of pissed considering how much i paid. I am staying with family over 30 minutes away and leave in the morning for a five hour drive. Not thrilled with the quality. I have been coming to this salon since it opened over 15 years ago. I have tried others but none are as good as here. Yes, sometimes they get busy like any other place, might forget who came in first but they always try to make it right. 98% of the time I leave pleased with my nails. The customer service is horrible. I had my nails done. They left the old polish all around my nails and all the up my fingers to the first knuckle. I went back and they argued with me that it wasn't the old polish. I took the cotton ball myself and scrubbed it off and showed him. The manager said for the other guy to give me $7 back. My mother bought my teenage daughters $25 gift cards for Christmas...they went to use them and specifically asked how much a manicure with gel polish was and was told $20. After waiting 45 minutes, the technician (in broken English) asked if they wanted a manicure and gel polish and then told them it would be $35. I ended up coming to the salon to clarify this, and it turns out they charge $20 JUST for gel polish! That's absurd!! I've never been to a salon that charges more than $5-10 for gel. Horrible customer service ! I went in before Christmas and asked a price for a specific service! I bought the gift card for the exact amount .... Went in today for the service and the price was $10 more. Explained to owner and he refused to honor the amount they told me last week. I just left Pretty Nails &Spa and am completely satisfied! Rosie was my nail technician. She was very friendly, very gentle and professional! She did both my Tropical pedicure and gel manicure. She did an excellent job on both! It was very relaxing! She didn't try to make a lot of uncomfortable small talk but just pampered me! She was very meticulous with my nails, even removed and redid a nail due to a small hair/fuzz that was barely noticeable!Definitely will return!! Again very satisfied! Read Less

The lady was very rude. She tried to lay a towel over my lap because a had a skirt on, that was floor length. We I said I did not need that and I knew how to wear a dress she gave me a hateful look and tried to lay the towel in me anyways. I said no I do not need that and she stopped. I asked for the additional callus remover too. She never did anything different to me that my friend next to me didn't get and finished me before my friend was finished. When I questioned it she argued with me and said that she did that to feel my heal. Well hello my heal isn't the only spot in my foot that required it. She was just plain rude. Don't ever go here! The photo shows what they did to my toe!!! I was in Anderson and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They are terrible about speaking any English and did not understand what I wanted and it was very frustrating. The lady there gave me a pedicure and she cut my toe while doing it as you see in the photo. She never said she was sorry and then she put alcohol on my toes and I thought i was going to fall out of my chair!! It turned brown and red and has been burning for 4 days now!!! It looked like that photo when I left the shop. You should see it now!! Then when I got a manicure I told her over and over i did not want french tip nails because I wanted my nails painted the same color as my toes. She did french tip anyways. Then she left me sitting there for about 20 minutes when a guy that was working there was taking a break beside me saw me sitting there for awhile and got up and helped me put my shoes on and told me i was done. I told him she was suppose to paint my nails and he said she didn't know. I guess if she would learn some English she would have. So he painted my nails for me. He was very nice and I actually could understand him. His name was Albert and I thank him for taking care of me at the end since it was the worst place I have ever been to.
