First off, my nails are pretty with the exception of some old nail polish (very minute amount) that was left on about 3 fingers. I did not even notice it until I came out in the sun. This is understandable considering how extremely fast the nail technician performed the manicure. It felt as if she was in a race. My visit was not a relaxed experience AT ALL! I felt as if I could not switch hands fast enough. The nail tech would literally grab my hand and pull it. She barely spoke to me at all and when she did, I coulld not understand her well. Maybe she is new. Most of the other techs seemed to be conversing with their customers and very friendly. My nail technician was not friendly at all!!! I had gel polish on when I came in and it was not removed with the foil method. It was removed by the drimmel tool and then I had told hold a piece of cotton soaked with solvent. While I soaked, my nail tech stared at her phone as if I wasn’t there. Then when I sat back, she put her phone down and held her hand out for mine (no words used at all). As I gave her my hand she grabbed it and pulled. I will not be back to this salon because the service! The “massage” at the end of the manicure was very rushed, maybe 20 seconds for each hand. Then I was charged 40 dollars for all of that. I would gladly pay 40 dollars for good service, but not for the service that I received today. Again, my nails turned out pretty for the most part. I just felt like the nail technician excessively rushed through the entire manicure. Read Less
