30th and spent 140$ for me and my daughters nails, toes, and my eyebrows not to mention a 15$ tip,5 dollars for each...

I went to get my nails done Saturday June
30th and spent 140$ for me and my daughters nails, toes, and my eyebrows not to mention a 15$ tip,5 dollars for each nail tech in tip. They looked ok but by the next Friday they looked bad and needed a fill in.I went for a fill in and asked for acrylic fill in for me and my daughter. She said 20$ for each of us for fill in which seemed high to me but I did it then she said I do gel for you for 20$ each and I thought I was getting a deal. He'll no she just painted our nails with gel polish and my nails still were grown out looking terrible needing a fill. I got upset and tried to tell her I wanteda fill in and she said that was 30$ and she started yelling at me saying I was wrong my nails looked good. I left upset and will contact the board for this! If I'm paying for something I want it done how I want it. I feel like I was ripped off and I want my money back. Now I'm gonna have to fork out more money before my wedding in 2 DAYS IM PISSED! JUST DONT GO THERE! TRUST ME

Not the best; they cut a lot of corners. $32 for a manicure and full-in. Weren't tip worthy.

The spa pedicures are awesome! They really take their time to do a good job and massage your feet and legs. Best place I've been in Anderson.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! First thing i went to get a fill in and an old lady started to do my nails and I could tell it was going to end badly but I didn't want to be rude, so I let her do them. She was filling with the mechanical thing they used and she kept filling my cuticle and caused it to literally start bleeding but she didn't care she kept going. I'm just sitting there in pain so then she starts putting acrylic on my nail because i needed a fill in and it was the thinnest later ever, I could still see where my nail was growing out, that's how thin it was then she put on my repair because I broke my pinky nail and it was crooked and she made that acrylic so thick I had to get her to file it down multiple times and it still wasn't right . So then she starts polishing and it's everywhere, it's on my cuticle and all on the sides, it looked like she did it with her eyes closed so I'm telling her it's a mess and she tells me it's 50$ for a fill in and i told her "i wouldn't pay 10$" for this mess.... long story short, i made her take the polish off and I left. Never again .

OVER CHARGED . CUT MY TOE AND TRIED TO COVER IT WITH POLISH.I HAVE PICTURES OF MY TOE WITH BLOOD UNDER THE POLISH. IF IT GET INFECTION..I HAVE A GOOD LAWYER.

Been going here for the last couple of months and I love the results I get. I always ask for Tina- she always does a great job and I feel like I get my money's worth. Been to several places that are rush-rush but Tina takes her time and I don't feel like I'm herded in and out. I have soft, peeling nails and Tina's been doing gel nails for me and it's really helped. Highly recommend her.

Not clear pricing. My feet were 20 the girl next to me was 40 only difference was she got gel polish. 20 for gel? For real? Idk. Never going back

They were friendly. Almost too friendly. I am now fully informed on their sex lives. My nails are all crooked and she ended up hitting my hand so hard with the dremel that I have a blood blister. Asked to speak to a manager and was told I would be called. Called twice now to speak to someone still nothing. My nails look awful! I just wanted a fill in and she decided to take off the other set and then charged me for it. I paid for it even though I wasn't happy because after 3 hours I just wanted out of there.

I went to get my nails done Saturday June
30th and spent 140$ for me and my daughters nails, toes, and my eyebrows not to mention a 15$ tip,5 dollars for each nail tech in tip. They looked ok but by the next Friday they looked bad and needed a fill in.I went for a fill in and asked for acrylic fill in for me and my daughter. It was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! First thing i went to get a fill in and an old lady started to do my nails and I could tell it was going to end badly but I didn't want to be rude, so I let her do them. She was filling with the mechanical thing they used and she kept filling my cuticle and caused it to literally start bleeding but she didn't care she kept going. They were friendly. Almost too friendly. I am now fully informed on their sex lives. My nails are all crooked and she ended up hitting my hand so hard with the dremel that I have a blood blister. I just wanted a fill in and she decided to take off the other set and then charged me for it. I paid for it even though I wasn't happy because after 3 hours I just wanted out of there.
