I was supposed to get a 30 min sauna and a 90 min deep tissue massage. I got there at 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment. I was told that I was done at 1:39. You do the math. The masseuse was awesome, I think she was given the wrong info on my appointment. I'm pretty sure that the massage I got was a hot stone relaxation massage not a deep tissue massage. I've been to a ton of places in Aiken and this is by far the best pedicure I've ever had. Also I accidentally scraped some paint off my toe getting in my car to leave, I walked back in and asked if I could just use the color to touch it up myself, but Tina was more than happy to fix it! I arrived early, the therapist was late, she introduced herself, she said put your stuff here (pointed to a chair) get under the covers I'll be back, I'm thinking what stuff...she came back I asked for a hanger to hang up my clothes she said she didn't have any just put on the chair, she didn't say anything about modesty dress, no robe, no shorts nothing... Booked a full body massage for 60 minutes. Received a partial body massage for probably closer to 40. Was called back at appt time. Was undressed and under the blankets in less than 5 minutes. I saw the clock timer already on as I got under the blanket. I waited there for 10 minutes and attendant came in and asked if I was relaxed. Well yeah, but let's start already. What massage I did get was mediocre. She left the room once to get scented oil and then again when I bel...ieve she went to the bathroom as the massage room was adjacent to the restroom and I heard what appeared to be that. My arms/hands were not touched. My neck and shoulders were touched for a mere minute. I didn't specify that any part should be focused on more than others. The room was freezing. Every time she would remove the part of the blanket to focus on an my legs/feet I would get a chill. The oil was cold. The thing she put on my face was cold and held no value to the massage/event.
