Friday I had a fill in done. Three days later my tip broke off. I called first thing Monday morning to schedule coming in to fix it. I was told only the nail tech who did the work and fix it, she wouldn't be in until 11am on Wednesday. Called at 11am Wednesday, said nail tech wouldn't be in until 1pm. Called at 3pm. Nail tech had openings that day, but I couldn't make due to other obligations. Scheduled for 510 on Thursday, after asking how long it would take to fix and was quoted 10 minutes, which I stated was good because I had an appointment at 530 on the Southside. Arrived on Thursday at 510, said nail tech had another customer. I was told by manager it would be a few minutes. At 522, asked to reschedule so I wouldn't be late for house showing. Asked to still wait by manager because nail tech was almost done. I explained I had an appt and needed nail fixed by Friday for an event I was attending. My nail tech wouldn't be in until Saturday and if I wanted the mistake corrected free of charge I would have to go to the one who did it. I left and will not go back. Manager would rather make a quick buck instead of providing customer service and backing their nail techs. Paradise will have you wait even if you scheduled your appointment. Very disturbed that so many people 'rave' about this company. Conclusion is it is family and friends giving the reviews, not exactly kosher. Read Less

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I have been going here for years, I get my nails done but I also take my daughter to get her nails painted weekly. I took her here because they were courteous, not too gabby and because they charged fairly. At least they did! She has always picked the same design, just changing the colors, and until today it was always $5, today they wanted $10! I looked right at the owner and said, you've always charged me $5, she always gets the same design and it's always $5 and she had the nerve to tell me I was wrong. Young girl with long black hair did my pedicure. I got "the works" and she barely scrubbed or massaged me at all. Forgot the hot towel wrap on my legs, I had to ask for it. Very disappointed in my pedicure. My girlfriends got their pedicure with 2 other great ladies and they were very happy. Very sad I got this girl. I was prepping for a wedding and heard great things about this place. I had several friends and co workers recommend this place to me especially considering me and the bridal party needed a place to do our nails and pedicures for the wedding. I decided to check out the place first considering I am the local resident. I walked in and told the lady I needed a manicure and a pedicure. She then said: Well considering we close in twenty minutes I can SEE if someone feels like doing both or one of the other. You may not be able to get either done. She gets up and walks around and walks to the back with an attitude to ask other technicians do they FEEL like doing a manicure and a pedicure. Needless to say I got a little frustrated considering that anywhere else would have gladly accepted the money and the advertising they would have received. But they chose to be nasty. So I left. No one in there was friendly. And I will not go back. And every time I have a chance I will inform others of this negative experience and tell them to never go here. Also the bridal party of 14 people will not be doing business with them. We will gladly go to Nail Pro. Which is where I should have went in the first place. But I wanted to give these folks a try since my co workers raved about them. Unless they like nasty attitudes and crappy serice then I do not see how. Super clean nail shop and friendly staff. I have been to many places and this is the one to keep. The owner tried to keep the pedicure chair and tools sanitized which I was mostly concerned about. Relaxing and privacy environment. I enjoyed the herbal pedicure the best. It removed dead layer of skin made my feet feel so good and soft. Read Less
