Went in for mani - pedi. I get pedicures mostly for the massage and cuticle softening, and asked for an oil treatment that I'd had before. The oil treatment had left my legs energized and soft and moist for days. But a different nail tech not only did not massage my legs, she didn't exfoliate, and she cut one toenail too close, and she knew it because I yelled. Then she said that their cheap dollar store lotion was going to moisturize my feet. Nope! I didn't have my glasses on when I left, so I couldn't see that the polish on my toes was incomplete, but I could see when I got home that my feet were just as dry and crusty as when I went in there. I called the next morning and the manager accused me of messing up my polish. He offered to polish again, but when I told him that wouldn't help the dryness, he refused to do any more than polish. Each time I go there, my nails don't last. I have to come back several times within a week for repairs. And my nails weren't shaped correctly. My thumb was extremely short while my other nails were extremely long. I liked the color on my nails but that's about it. They do nice eyebrows tho. Read Less

I wish I could give them zero stars. I came in as soon as I got off work at 6:30 and they told me I could not get a pedicure because they were closing soon. I work and customer service and I am extremely disappointed. The man told me they simply would not do it and told me to try somewhere else. They have lost my business. Read Less
