I usually get a great pedicure from this place but today the girl was very distracted. Left me twice for ten minutes to answer phone and take payments from other customers. Did a bad job on polish with alot on my skin etc.

The girl that started my full set was very nice, but then another woman came & pushed her out of the way & started doing my nails. She was very rude, she overcharged me for my nails because SHE accide...
The girl that started my full set was very nice, but then another woman came & pushed her out of the way & started doing my nails. She was very rude, she overcharged me for my nails because SHE accidentally put gel polish on them, not to mention I got them done 5 days ago & they are all falling off now. 2 of them fell off the day I got them done. I will not be going back.

Kayla M. does my nails. She is superb & is the only one in Aiken that I will let do my nails. The overall shop environment is comfortable and hospitable. Kudos to Kayla M!!!

Literally the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. She layered 5 coats on my tips, didn't get the polish completely off before starting a new color, caked up acrylic on the sides of my nails, horrible amateur job on my eyebrows... That was the first and last trip there for me.

So impressed with Tee and Alexis! My friend and I booked an appointment for pedicures and they were right on time. They were professional and friendly, and they did an excellent job. I’m not normally a regular pedicure person, but this salon was so professional and reasonably priced that I think I’ll be back as a regular from now on!

If I could give more stars than 5, I would! Timmy is amazing, and takes pride in his work, and his salon. He values his customers, and wants to make sure they are happy. I've been going to him for almost 5 years, and have never had a problem. I also get pedicures which some of the other girls do, and they have been wonderful. Anytime anyone asks for a Nail Salon I always recommend Image Nail Spa because they are the best!

I came here to get a pedicure done as a new client and I must say it was awful. The nail tech that started me stopped working on my toes because she didn't know she had an appointment coming. The tech that came to worofferedk on my pedicure sat down with what appeared to be an attitude and didn't say a word for me. All the other techs around engaged in simple conversation with their clients. She didn't even ask which pedicure I wanted and I had to ask what kind that . She only spoke to me when she asked which color I wanted. She appeared to be in a bad mood and her service was awful. I will return to Nail Pro where Amy is awesome and the service is over all the best. I only came because Amy was booked and I was grabbing lunch near. This won't happen again.

Great service, you don't have to wait forever, reasonable prices and they ask you if you want water or wine while you wait I go there and only there to get my nails done. I recommend Timmy.

The girl that started my full set was very nice, but then another woman came & pushed her out of the way & started doing my nails. She was very rude, she overcharged me for my nails because SHE accidentally put gel polish on them, not to mention I got them done 5 days ago & they are all falling off now. 2 of them fell off the day I got them done. I will not be going back.

So impressed with Tee and Alexis! My friend and I booked an appointment for pedicures and they were right on time. They were professional and friendly, and they did an excellent job. I've been going to him for almost 5 years, and have never had a problem. I also get pedicures which some of the other girls do, and they have been wonderful.
