I had an amazing pedi on Sunday. I was seen at my appt time. Lily did my pedicure.  I had the dream pedi. It was well worth the $42. Lily has strong hands. I was completely relaxed and my toes are perfect. While waiting for toes to dry, received a neck massage. The service here is great. Okay Here I Go- I arrived before my appointment and was interrupted while looking at the nail polish colors. I was told "come here" several times by Ruby. I wasn't finished but I followed and let it go. The lady that did my pedicure had no name tag and I do not think that was a coincidence. She was unprofessional along with Ruby. She did a light and quick all over exfoliation. I asked if she could exfoliate my feet more since I have rough skin. Since I asked for more exfoliation she glanced over at Ruby and spoke in a different language. They continued to give each other side glances and snicker. I asked what was so funny and they stopped. The lady with no name tag was rough with my feet and BROKE the skin on my foot in SEVERAL PLACES! I started to BLEED! I asked if she could not exfoliate that area and she came back to me with "this is what you wanted, right?" The areas that I had requested to be exfoliated was STILL rough; she exfoliated areas that I didn't even ask for. She simply could not follow requests. I asked for a band aid to stop the bleeding and she continued to tell me "later," yet she wanted me to put my foot back in the tub of water. I know that could lead to an infection. She proceeded with my feet and lotion them. It BURNED in the SEVERAL places where the skin was broken and I let her know I was experiencing this! She said nothing and did nothing and just looked at me. I work in customer service and I am APPALLED that these are the type of girls working in this field. It didn't stop there. The lady with no name tag even burned my leg with hot stones. She didn't even ask if I wanted them. I was on my phone and not looking and she put them on me and it burned so much I immediately moved my leg away. I would NOT recommend this place. I am disappointed in the service that I received and I am empathetic towards the owner and hope that girls like this do not continue to scare away his/her customers or continue to negatively reflect this establishment. Never again will i come back! i never write reviews until now. I went in for a full set pink and white UV gel nails. Cost me $70!!!! They were way shorter than asked for and then 4 hours later one pops off. Later that night i was washing dishes and one cracked right in half! Then today the whole white tip cracked off! It's only been 3 days!! I called and asked for my money back to which they replied there's nothing we can do but fix it. I don't want it fixed when it was totally messed up in the first place and not what i asked for and waste my time. Never will I again waste my money at this place! Over priced and awful quality! Awful experience.  I always go to the same place, but was short on time today so figured I would try some place new.  The guy doing my pedicure was sighing, and seemingly aggravated with me the whole time.  He cut my cuticles and made me bleed.  The color from my last pedi could still be seen in the creases of my toes.  I let the owner know, and said "sorry about that".  So now I'm off to get them redone and pay again.  Not one to ever ask for my money back, just felt like SOMETHING should have been offered to me. I love the cleanliness and quality of materials used at this Nail spa. I've never left unhappy after receiving services here. This was the first place that ever applied a full set, passing my scrutiny on the first try. They also offer a 10% discount when using cash and an atm machine on-site for convenient withdrawal at only .75 per transaction. The reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars (I debated 3 in my head): 1. Like other Vietnamese owned shops, there is definitely a bad taste left in my mouth when languages other than my own are spoken in front of me. It is just rude and is the opposite of customer service. 2. There hours are not the best. They Close early most nights and will turn you away if there is not enough time left to finish the services you are requesting. I've been turned away with over 1/2 hour left before thier closing time. Business must be pretty good to turn customers away, right? 3. Their prices are much higher than other similar, local Nail salons. A fill and basic pedicure is $80! Extremely disappointed. I made an appointment 2 days in advance for a gel manicure. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in for the appointment, I let them know I made an appointment in advance. 45 minutes later I still was still sitting in the waiting area. Gel manicure? Nope...this was a hell manicure. It only lasted two days. Went back to get them redone and the woman just sanded off the top layer and put four more layers of polish on top. I went here for a pedicure, a friend recommended it to me. They have a few different options for you to pick from, ranging from $30-95! This really is more than just your typical nail salon, definitely a spa atmosphere. Linda was wonderful! I picked the pedi a step above basic which included callus removal, reflexology, those wraps they put on to make your skin super soft, and a hot stone massage. $42 might seem pricey for a pedi, but it was THE BEST pedicure I have ever received. The staff is so professional, the salon is extremely relaxing and clean, and they really take their time to make sure you are 100% satisfied. There was minimal chatter amongst the employees; they were all focused on doing their job (something I have never seen in a nail salon before).I ended up adding on a manicure which was $12.. the basic manicure INCLUDES the hot wax wrap which leaves your hands feeling incredible, AND they give you 2 back massages!!! Solid nail salon in Warwick. I usually only stick to a couple salons in Providence, but I was in desperate need for some nail repair. It was a Sunday around 4pm and the parking lot at Top Nails did not look crowded. I was able to walk-in and only had to wait 15 minutes. There were only a few nail techs on the for the afternoon, so I felt the wait was reasonable. They definitely have a wide selection of colors, although I did not look at the gel options. Nail repair and a fill only took about 40 minutes, very efficient. Upon looking at my nails after they had dried I wish I had asked for a little more polish on certain areas, as they were not as opaque as I would like. I guess that's partially my fault for not speaking up- but really I never have an issue with having spotty nail opacity. All in all, if I needed a nail salon in Warwick I would return here. Well within three days, my pedicure chipped which NEVER happens and an nail broke off in half whileGetting dressed with two more to follow. I ended up spending a day of my vacation finding a nail salon, soaking off the nails and getting a gel mani. I paid $90 for two days of nails! Awful! I've been coming to Top Nails and Spa for about 2 months now.  The salon is great, very clean and welcoming.  Many of the workers speak relatively good English, so you're able to understand them.   The dreams spa pedicure is by far the best I've ever had.  They do take some time on your nails but they ensure they're doing a good job.  One complaint, they don't give you enough time to choose a color. This is my FAVORITE local nail salon. They are super clean and do a great job. I enjoy how relaxed they make you feel. They are a few more dollars than other places around (maybe $5) but i don't mind spending the extra money here because it is money well spent! I am really impressed by Top Nails! I found it randomly on Yelp and saw that it had an average of 5 stars. That's pretty rare for nail salons. It's also really convenient to get to from my house, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Called in the morning to make a noon appointment for my sister and me. We showed up about 20 minutes early and it was a packed house. We managed to get seated a little after noon, but then had to wait another 20 minutes or so while soaking our feet before the nail technicians were ready for us. They both apologized for the wait, and honestly, I was fine with it since we were soaking our feet and enjoying the massage chairs.We both did the basic pedicure, which is $30. It's so much more than your typical basic pedicure though. In addition to the basics, you get a light reflexology massage with your choice of oils. They also use hot stones on your legs at the end of the massage, and finally they apply hot paraffin wax to your heels by wrapping it to your feet in plastic bags. That is so much more than basic!The only negative is that I don't think the scrub your feet hard enough. They are a bit too gentle with the foot filing portion of the pedi and if you have really dry feet that just won't be enough to slough off all the dead skin. The Spa at the Biltmore does a much better job with leaving your feet suuuuuper soft and silky at the end of the treatment, but I really did enjoy all the extras that came with this cheaper pedi option.They have a great selection of colors, the staff is very pleasant and nice, and best of all, the really have the cleanest facilities around. They line each soaking tub with plastic before filling with water, and they also use disposable tools such as files, buffers, etc. All the other tools are sterilized. I felt much safer about getting my nails done here. You hear so many horror stories about people getting infections at nails salons. That seems really unlikely here.I definitely plan on returning to Top Nails for many future pedicures. Maybe even a mane/pedi, which is also pretty reasonably priced at $40. Not too shabby for one of the cleanest and most thoroughly relaxing pedicures I've ever had. Read Less

I had a great experience at Top Nails and Spa! I went in for a basic pedicure and came out fully relaxed with a full pedi and mani. Mike did a great job on my toes and took his time. He was even patient with me when I changed my mind on the color (thanks mike!). A nice 10 minute massage later, and then those nice hot stones, and I was so relaxed!! He suggested a gel manicure on my regular nails which I have never had before. My nails have taken a beating this winter and my normally healthy nails have been peeling and brittle.
