Really bad service and they tried adding on money for anything. She did not make the acrylics to the shape I wanted, and did not wipe off excess acrylic. I came in to get a dip poweee manicure, a day later one of my manicure was already a complete mess the next day 3 nails popped off ! One came off!!! So I go in to get it fixed and they told me “20 minutes” so I sit and wait and they take everyone before me! I ended up waiting for an hour and a half! When I finally got in the chair the guy had the audacity to ask me “did you pick your nails” no you just did an absolutely awful job! (Also another woman was sitting next to me with the same exact problem) So now a week later all my nails fell off and 2 of my nails have ripped off the nail bed (the used a drill on my nails instead of filing ) and 2 of my nails are profusely bleeding! DO NOT GO HERE! It’s small and it smells bad. Also a woman who also went there told me that she ended up paying 110 dollars for a manicure and pedicure? I stopped in here because I was at the mall and needed a pedicure and manicure.  The man giving me a pedicure didn't even cut my toenails or trim my cuticles, he just pushed them back. While buffing my nails he was so rough that he buffed the skin off of my toes close to my nail bed, which hurt even more when he poured acetone over my nails before painting them. My gel Manicure was just as bad, and one day later is already starting to lift. He filed most of my nails crooked and once my gel was cured, he filed the edges of the nail and cut about three of my fingers doing this. I do not recommend this place at all! I now have raw toenail beds that were buffed off and scabs where he filed on my fingers, for $58 there are much cleaner places in the area that give better service. Read Less

There is some area that appears to be a bathroom where workers also have their food and a different area which appears to be for waxing where workers also have their food. Floors are gross. Let's just say, this was the worst experience I've ever had. Even a one-star rating is too high. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on something else in the mall. The woman that did my pedicure was rude, careless, and did not seem to be paying any attention at all. I don't think I have to comment on the paint job she did because the picture speaks for itself. Walked into the salon, asked for coffin style file with French manicure.  The woman started filing my nails and they looked like dinosaur Claus.  I have a two year old and wouldn't have been able to wipe his ass.  I immediately told her I needed her to fix them and she became extremely upset.  Raising her voice saying that's what I asked for.  THEN she said the woman next to me inspired me to change my shape.  LMAO! After calling around the Warwick/Cranston area all morning looking for a salon that does both gel pedicures and acrylic white tips for my hands, I ended up at Nail Pro in the Warwick Mall. I am new to this area, from CA and it seems to be on the east coast, salons do one or the other but not both? I'm not really sure but after my first choice was booked, and I really needed it done today I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. 1) When I walked in the door, first I noticed it was very very small. Far too many people in the room (fire hazard, maybe)? There was an obnoxious woman who brought two small children with her - both of them were in strollers...and the strollers were blocking the entire small section where guests waiting to be called could sit. Additionally, one of the children was throwing a massive tantrum. While I understand this is far beyond the control of the staff, maybe they could have offered to pause her manicure so she could handle that. It went on for 30 minutes. Seriously 30 minutes. 2) The girl who did my gel manicure did a very poor job. She didn't understand when I told her the gel color I wanted. Then when some one else explained it to her, she tossed to me the ring with different colors on them. I had told her I just wanted white, I didn't need to pick another color. She didn't understand so I just pointed to the color I wanted. The pedicure itself was not too relaxing, with the screaming kid and the mediocre massage chair, it was not a relaxing environment by any means. Even worse, she did an extremely sloppy job on the polish and when I asked if she could clean it up a little around the edges, she just grabbed a tool and started clipping my cuticles (again)? Then I asked her again to please clean up the edges of the polish, and apparently she took that as I wanted another coat. I said just forget it. Another employee asked me what I was asking for and I told her. She explained it to her in her language, then the started clipping at my toes again. I told her again to not worry about it. The massage lasted maybe 3 minutes - for a $50 pedicure I expected more. 3) Next came the acrylic white tips for my hands. The woman doing this service was very very nice. She made light conversation and seemed to be happy to be there. However, her skill set was also sub par. My nails were crooked, I asked her to straighten them up twice. She cut my nail bed down so far that I bled. I asked for "square square" shape and they are narrow and slightly rounded on the ends. I also asked her to lay the acrylic a little on the thicker side and they seriously are so thin. I don't expect these to last long. Total came to $88 - with tip $110. I am highly disappointed in my nails and will have them redone elsewhere at my first choice salon in a few days. Waste of money but I couldn't go another day or two without getting it done. Not pleased with my gel manicure. I picked the new Essie gel polish, the manicurist didn't know how to apply it. Ended up putting at least 5 layers on one of my fingers, then finally changed the lamp used to dry the polish. I wouldn't have minded the extra time and effort he took (one hour!) but when I finally took a good look at my nails in the car they were bumpy... Disappointed. Read Less

Have used this salon as a back up when my first choice is closed.  They never seem to get my nails filed evenly and insist it's my fingers?  My fingers were not crooked when I went in and I don't want them to be when I leave.  They do have a great selection of gel polish.  The only problem with the gel polish is the techs lack patients when removing it.  I have a sheer color on now and I can see where they left the mood change polish on from last time!  Not good because now parts of my nails turn purple!  The staff is incredibly friendly but for the money I expect more.  Got a gel manicure and a regular pedi total pre tip was $58.00. Hi, I too was here last week with my niece while I was visiting RI. We both had French manicures and to my surprise - the re- used the soaking liquid by sucking it back into the bottle. My sister and I stopped by to get our nails done while shopping in the mall.  NEVER AGAIN!  This was the worst manicure I've ever had!!  My normal salon takes about an hour, pampering me, massaging, putting on numerous coats of polish.  Not here!  For $20 I was in and out in about 15 minutes.  It was more like a bad polish change done by a rude old man.  Don't go!  You'll regret it because you'll have to get your nails done the next day. Wow, this is THE WORST nail salon I have been to.  No wonder, this place was dead when I got there.  Their service is just horrible and the girl who did my pedicure was plain rude.  This place is also very filthy.  Their stations, floor, bathroom, everything was just really dirty.  I didn't feel comfortable sitting there because everything was so unsanitary.  I also notice that they cook their food in the bathroom.  Their rice cooker, utensils and plates were all on the bathroom floor.  Please GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!  Save your time and money. This place is the worst. When I walked in, I was seated with a manicurist who told me to pick my color. I sat down and we were getting ready to start when another girl walked in asking for something more expensive. My manicurist left the station and started helping the other girl. Another one came over to me and rushed me through the whole thing. She skipped steps and barked orders at me. When she started painting, she didn't bother to fully remove the color I had had on previously, so now my pedicure has two different colors. The application of the polish was sloppy and the coats were uneven. When I asked her to redo a nail that was bubbling, she threw on more polish and walked away.
