If I could've left no stars I would. They left me soaking my feet for an hour before they even acknowledged that they were almost done with another customer. I understand it's busy but I would've rather sat on the couch to wait than had my feet pruning in cold water. After an hour and a half I decided to forgo the pedicure and headed over to get my gel manicure which similarity took a very long time. I have been going to Love nails & Spa on Post Road since they opened, I took my mom for a pedicure yesterday. We were both so excited just to leave there so disappointed, the person that did her service is the ladie that either owns the place or is the boss, she was rush the whole time and forgot to do a couple of steps. She kept running around to start other client's while in the middle of my pedicure. I'm sorry but when someone is paying for a service they should have there service completely finished before you get up and start working on the next person. I enjoy going here when I am in town and have a gift certificate...  I feel like the was each person does their work is completely different, so it's kinda strange watching me vs my neighbor when we are getting the same thing. I do enjoy the extra mile they go with massages and paraffin wax. Sarah is the best, and I wouldn't recommend the boys. Today I had a guy.. can't remember the name it started with a a L I think. He stopped to use his phone while filling my nails. That was the strangest thing I've seen yet! The polish is nice, but I don't think gel is a good deal here. Good prices and good service. They do a great job and its nice that they do paraffin wax for the manicures and a massage either while you're sitting at the manicure table or when you're drying which is a nice bonus. Wow..by far the best nail salon I have been to. Both manj/pedi experience was amazing. They are super clean, friendly and very comfortable atmosphere. With both mani and pedi you get massages and paraffin treatment. So worth every penny. They use warm towels too. I highly recommend Sara for mani & anyone for pedi. Read Less

Dont go here unless you want the worst time of your life, i looked the place up before hand and knew what i wanted, when i went i started talking to the girl doing my nails telling her i never got a pedicure before and she started getting really upset saying you dont want pedi you dont want pedi not knowing what to do, cause i dont speak what ever asian langague she speak cause she oblivously didnt know english probably fresh off the boat, i told her nevermind and i think she thought i said nevermind about the whole thing even though when i wanted manicure too, she started screaming in her language angryly and made the whole store stare at me i felt so akward and for like 10 minutes after she was talking to the boss in her asain language so angry, he goes you want the gel talking to me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm doing, i got my pedicure and left soon as possible, i would never go back here and i warn you not to Read Less

I have been going to this place for a few years so when they recently open a new spa closer to home it became my new spot. However 2 days ago I decided to take my mother in law out for a treat,mani pedi but it was not that relaxing at all. The guy that dealt had no people's skills and hustled through the entire service.i expressed my disappointment after the service but got no resolution. First, this is about the location on Bald Hill NOT Post Road.I came in 2 weeks ago, first timer as I just moved to the area. Ethan did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. Happy to return again and recommend to friends. Today I came in for a gel manicure as well, maybe I should have called ahead for an appointment with Ethan. When I walked in they asked me to pick a color. A rather aggressive man named John was by my side within seconds to "assist" me, though it was feeling more like pressure. He asked if I wanted square shape, I requested round, I got square. Nails were filed unevenly (I tried to say something, but he got frustrated, eek) needless to say, I did forgo the complimentary back rub. I could go on, but I'll stop here. I live in LA but needed my nails done when in town; myself as well as my boyfriend and sister stumbled upon this place. We called and asked if they had time for us and they did. We walked in and each had our toes started within minutes which I love. My boyfriend has ingrowns and the lady that was doing his pedicure did an amazing job getting them out. After our pedicures we were taken over to sit and get our manicures done. This was fine because we were on vacation and didn't have any obligations that day but if we did I would have been annoyed because this made our total time there 2 hours. My manicure was great. One of my nails was split down the middle (I think from filing) and they repaired it and continued to finish my perfect gel manicure. I loved the shoulder massage they give you and the wax they put on your hands right before you're done. If you don't have time to spend and relax when getting your nails done I don't recommend you booking here. But if you have time to enjoy your nail appointment this place is where you want to go. I love this salon. It is amazing. It's guaranteed to be a nice relaxing time. The salon is clean and everyone is nice.They have an awesome range of colors and they do paraffin wax for your heals and on your hands with a mani.I love the hot stone massage. I will fully admit - I'm kind of picky when it comes to nail salons. Especially from a sanitation standpoint. There is absolutely not one bad thing I can say about Love Nails. As a waitress, I destroy my hands and typical manicures don't last long. I started opting for gel manicures about a year ago and was able to stretch the last one I received at Love Nails for almost 3 weeks (!!!). The salon is always clean, well lit, and there is always plenty of staff on hand. Even as a walk-in I've never had to wait. Two (still very well manicured) thumbs up! Read Less
