Embarrassingly it's been a long long time since I've had my hair cut and my hair was below my boobs. Kay knows how much I HATE having my hair trimmed but listened to exactly what I wanted and took the perfect length off. I'm sad to see it go but my hair feels so much healthier and softer! Recommend, thanks babe

I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure for $29. I went in on a Monday to either schedule an appointment or get the service done. When i walked in there were 3 workers and no customers. ...
I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure for $29. I went in on a Monday to either schedule an appointment or get the service done. When i walked in there were 3 workers and no customers. One of the workers was sitting right by the door, was on his phone and didnt even look up when I walked in. I stood there for about 2 minutes with no help. A very cheerful young lady said hi and asked me what i needed. It seems the other worker was doing her own nails in one of the tables. The young lady asked her if she wanted to take me (it was 6pm on Monday) and she said no, that maybe the other gentleman would take me. He still hadnt looked up but she asked him right in front of me and he said no. So the other lady never got up from her seat and yelled across the room from where she couldnt see me to schedule an appointment. I offered to call at another time if it was more convenient to make an appointment then but she insisted i schedule it so she finally got up. We scheduled an appointment for the following monday. I was tempted to cancel due to the embarrassment i experienced at anyone refusing to welcome me or schedule an appt when i was actually there.I decided to wait it out because of the reviews i saw on yelp it might turn out to be a positive experience service wise. On the Friday before the appt I get a text to confirm the appt with a link. I confirmed. Sunday morning i get another text stating that Christina just got her schedule and she wasnt due to work on Monday when my appt was scheduled which she scheduled herself so she needed to reschedule. Clearly this was my last straw so I cancelled and contacted Groupon with these details for a refund.

Kay always does a fab job of my hair. Lots of advice too on keeping it healthy. Would certainly recommend her. After years of wearing gel nails Jackie is now treating them to strengthen them so I can go back to being natural. A fabulous team who know there stuff and talk you through the process. This is the absolute best nail salon I have ever been to!! The owner is incredibly sweet and "out of this world" talented!! She does everything by hand and it's almost hard to believe. I have had my nails done a few times but never followed through with acrylics because of the smell and the rude service in the salons. I found Amy at Harmony this weekend OMG is all I can say. Not a Nail studio, an unbelieveable experience. Nice friendly service, no smell (she only does Gel nails) and the pedi was like nothing I have ever had. Relaxing and what a beautiful job on my french toe nails. More like a spa treatment than a nail salon. She is smart, talented and friendly, the time I was there flew by. What an artist, she did a feather on my pinkie and a Santa hat for the lady before me. I will be back.

I have been coming to the studio to see Amy for three years and have always had great experiences! The salon is newly redesigned and looking beautiful. Easy to get to location on Post Rd close to highway access. Book an appointment to get yourself pampered, you won't regret it!

Kay knows how much I HATE having my hair trimmed but listened to exactly what I wanted and took the perfect length off. I'm sad to see it go but my hair feels so much healthier and softer! I purchased a groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure for $29. I went in on a Monday to either schedule an appointment or get the service done. When i walked in there were 3 workers and no customers. Not a Nail studio, an unbelieveable experience. Nice friendly service, no smell (she only does Gel nails) and the pedi was like nothing I have ever had. Relaxing and what a beautiful job on my french toe nails. More like a spa treatment than a nail salon. She is smart, talented and friendly, the time I was there flew by.
