I have driven by this place a million times and gave it a try today for the first time.  The staff is extremely helpful and attentive.  I got one of the best pedicures and manicures I ever had.  My reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that parking is difficult to find and they do not give complimentary chair massages like many salons in the area. This place is disgusting. Cleanliness is a problem, hygiene is highly suspect. Didn't wash hands between customers and def didn't wash tools between. Flies everywhere. A different tech worked on my hands between a client while she has her other client's dremmel nail shards on her hands. place is gross - not sure how it has a 4 star rating. Too many other places to go to get your nails done. I got a mani; would never get a pedi here. Courteous but won't come back. Didn't even have paper towels stocked. I've been here 4 times now and have had a great experience every time! I have only been to Tee so I can't speak for anyone else, but she does an amazing job. I get a gel manicure and it lasts at least two weeks every time. Plus this have a Monday special for a $20 gel manicure!! Read Less

After realizing that my current nail salon wasnt putting in full effort, I decided to try somewhere new. I got a shellac/gel manicure, and was happy with the results! The lady doing my nails made sure i was satisfied with the shape of my nails, the color, the design was what I wanted, the color covered my entire nail, and that they were perfect. We were reassured that if we werent satisfied to come back- and if our nails started to chip to come back and they would fix them for us. I must say my first time was a very good experience. I had a gel manicure. The staff was nice, attentive and mindful of me. She made sure to ask me multiple times if the shape of my nails was ok, and fixed them- which was very appreciated. Probably the first time anyone had asked me that and meant it. My gel color has been on for 2 weeks now without chip or fading of color. Best thing is that is was only $25! Only reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because I feel it could be cleaner image. It looks like the chairs and equipment are a little older and the rugs could use updating. But I would recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

NOPE! Two stars is me being nice. First time I have been here since the new managment. I got a full set with gel polish, and my nails were SO messed up. There was no way for me to sit there and have her redo my nails to be in pain. Most of my nails were all different lengths and crooked. Now after spending WAY more money that a full set should cost I'm left with unpleasant nails that I had to reshape myself to look decent. Please.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This was the worst gel manicure I've ever had. They filed my nails down so short and crooked after asking many times to fix the shape and they still don't look good, each nail was a different shape and length. They did 4 coats of gel making them SO thick and the finish was bubbly. The cost of the manicure was more than any place I've ever paid for gel. I wasn't satisfied in any way. Read Less

this is a wonderful local business where they make a point to know their customers by name and treat them well. I go every 2-3 weeks for a gel mani- the manicures easily last 3 weeks & ive never had chipping, my nails simply grow out. I think its because of how carefully they do manicures at jazzy. don't go if you're in a rush because they really take their time with each step to ensure perfect and long-lasting work.  they have a great selection of colors and even if they are busy, someone will greet you and help you out as soon as you walk in. they are nice people who are great at what they do. discounted prices for students, too! I was so dependent on Jazzy to wax my eyebrows for over 7 years and lately this place has been terrible. I only trusted Jazzy to do a great job on my eye brows but now she has another girl that does it, she does a good job but that is not the problem I'm having here. They are so unreliable. Over this past summer Jazzy went on vacation and the girls she had running the shop while she was away were terrible and turned me away because they were too busy.  This past month I have gone by Jazzy's 4 times to get my eye brows waxed, and called. They have no notice over the phone or on the door indicating why they are closed. I have been going during regular hours and they just aren't open. Unfortunately I've had to take my business elsewhere because I just can't keep waiting for them to open when they feel like it. Read Less

This place isn't five stars but it's close. They are reasonably fast, inexpensive ($12 for a regular manicure), do a good job, and have plenty of personnel on hand so that you don't have to wait. They don't accept credit cards, but they do accept cash and debit. You can't put the tip on your debit card. For this reason, I docked them one star (I never have cash!). They do spa pedicures, waxing, and whitening here and there looks to be space for about 6 people to get their nails done and 3 people to get their toes done. I have been going to nail salon's for many years and find that Jazzy's is the best by far. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, the work is excellent on a consistent basis, and the customer service is unbeatable. If you are ever not 100% satisfied, let Jazzy or Justin know - they want to know, and they will go out of their way to accomodate you.
