Mixed experience: Open on Sunday afternoon. No appointment they did get me in for a mani/ pedi after about an hour. They told me they wait time up front. The nail tech did a nice job yet she did a lot of exhaling and eye rolling like she was maybe tired. When she saw the tip, as I tend to tip around 20% for these services, she said "Nice". Read Less

Best place in Wakefield! It might be a little crowded and sometimes you have to wait but I think that just shows how good they are! Unfortunately their gel nail polish does not last! I've gone two times now, and both times my nails lasted less than a week.  The staff is nice, but the atmosphere is far from relaxing, they blast the TV so loud it's aggravating. Sadly I will not be going back. Read Less

Misplaced a gift card I purchased for my mom for Mothers Day. Woman I spoke with told me that it was "my problem" very rudely and repeatedly. I know I'm at fault for misplacing the card but very disappointed at how rude their response was. Will not return. Read Less

TERRIBLE. I walked in and everyone was rude, and they told me to sit in front of someone to put my acrylics on. The woman said absolutely nothing to me and stopped several times to make fun of the previous people they had. And I could understand them because they spoke in English for the most part while doing so. All of the tools were dirty, and she made a huge cut on my cuticle which bled... Then she put a liquid on it without telling me what it was (now I know its antibacterial) and then made it a point to put more of whatever chemical she was using on my nails on that finger. It burned as you can imagine. I paid before this and the man placed seven dollars in change on my counter while she was doing my nails, so I couldn't grab it obviously. Then she took the money right off, put it in her pocket and dismissed me to go wash my hands... My nails are uneven and they weren't filed correctly. DON'T GO HERE Read Less

I'm very surprised that there aren't much reviews of this place here. this place is always crowded and sometimes you even have to wait. I'm guessing that's because there aren't much nail salons near wakefield. they have ups and downs.. sometimes if you are lucky, you'll get a really nice nails done. if you're unlucky... you know the alternative.. they are generally better with shellacs than regular manicure. Just be sure to throughly explain every detail of what sort of design you want.They carry huge choices of shellac colors compared to other nail salons I've been to in narragansett/kingston/warwick  area. my favorite is red with gold glitters - pic's here somewhere. they have student discount so don't forget to ask them. I'm not sure if it was tuesday but during one of the week days they have mani and pedi special where you can get discount so call them and ask. Read Less

I walked in one day and found someone who did a great job (even though she took over an hour to do my nails). I get acrylics topped with gel or shellac.  One time she wasn't available so I had another technician. She was even better. I called a few weeks ago, and both Kelly and Clara are gone.  I asked where they went, but needless to say they "didn't know."  I won't take another chance. When I've gone with other people, they've complained about their technician either being rude or not doing a good job.  The pedicures are quick. There are no leg rubs but I think they're only $20.  The place is often very busy but they do move customers along. I wish I could find out where Kelly and Clara went.  I'd follow them to their new place!! Read Less

We went on the day of their manicure/pedicure special (Mondays), and it was very crowded and messy. My daughters and I thought it would still be fun to try out... We won't go back!! My oldest daughter and I got white toenail fungus from it. Looking back it was probably because they didn't thoroughly wash the utensils but rather quickly swished them in a cup of soapy water. This use to be my normal place to go because they did a great job and were friendly but the last two times I have gone my nails haven't lasted as long as normal. This most recent time was by far the worst. I felt rushed with getting my nails done and they didn't last. I was getting acrylics done for my prom and three days later two had already fallen off. If I'm getting my nails done, this is usually my place of choice. I find the staff to be friendly here, and have always gotten a long-lasting mani/pedi. I also find it very clean/sanitary compared to a few other nail salons I've visited locally. Read Less
