I don't get my nails done often but needed to find a place nearby to get a mani/pedi for a wedding. Based on Queen Nails and Spa's stellar reviews, I stopped in and was able to get a last minute appointment. Nancy and staffs were extremely nice and I immediately felt relaxed. Nancy was really helpful in choosing colors and continued to bring me polishes until I was 100% satisfied. Her customer service is definitely worth coming to the salon for. On top of that, my regular mani lasted for more than a week, which was an added bonus. Worst gel manicure of any place I've ever been to. Had a dirty cuticle clipper on the work bench when I sat down with obvious skin clippings on it. During my visit, he picked it up, wiped it off and tried using it on me. When I left, I noticed all clear polish overextended onto my cuticles. Very messy, unclean experience. Read Less

It was my 1st time there and i had a very nice young man do my nails (full set) he was courteous and very efficient. Did a real nice job. I get compliments all the time. Going back for a fill in and will be letting only him do them. And if they talk chinese about us, who the hell cares as long as they do right what I am paying for, i could care less what they say about me. Had a good experience! Read Less

Probably the worst nail experience I've had in a long time. The pedicure was good, a little rushed but I just ignored it. Then when this woman started rushing my manicure I got annoyed. Place says they close at 9 but it's 730 and I'm literally being rushed out the door with my nails still wet. Had she not been SO incredibly rude I would've retrieved the cash from my car to tip her. Thanks to her attitude she didn't get a dime. I won't ever come here again. And as a side note, my nails are uneven. Thanks! Read Less
