I asked for a gel polish change ($20) a gel manicure was ($25) so I went for the manicure. The young girl that was working on me spoke no English. I basically got the polish change but was charged the manicure price. Lack of communication! She didn't put a top coat, tapped my hands as a sign that I was finished. When the older woman came over to check her work, she touched my nails to see if they were dry and she smudged them. She then started yelling at the girl because she never put a top coat. The girl came back rushed the top coat on and then walked away. I went there for convenience, never again!! I pay less where I normally go and I'm always happy! SAVE YOUR MONEY 😤

HORRIBLE service. They ladies are rude!!! This was my second time in. I never judge a place after one bad experience, this was was just as bad as the first. I asked for a pedicure, the water was cold and the pedicure was rushed the polish is uneven, no clean up around the nail and it's already chipping. I will NEVER go back! Over priced for the service they give. When I left her the tip she rolled her eyes, she didn't even deserve the $5.

Poor customer relations. This was the third time that I was turned away, or made to wait while others came through the door to jump ahead of me. I am disgusted and I won't be back.

Nice ladies, they do a good pedicure, although my manicure started chipping the next day :( The place could use some serious cleaning too! I could write my name in the dust where they put you to dry your nails. Not happy about that since they certainly were not busy and have time to keep the place reasonably clean.The 3 stars are for friendliness... they certainly are nice enough.

I go here to get my nails done (manicure, pedicure, acrylic, gel, etc) because it's nearby and convenient to me and the prices are pretty fair, however no matter what service I pay for here (acrylic, gel, shellac) I end up with broken/chipped nails 10/10 times so I pretty much refuse to get my nails done here. They are friendly and attentive to your needs but their services and products are sub past, especially when you're paying $20-40$ extra for gel/shellac.

Super nice staff, very clean shop. Took us in for a pedi at 7:30 when they closed at 8. This will be my go to nail salon from now on!

I asked for a gel polish change ($20) a gel manicure was ($25) so I went for the manicure. The young girl that was working on me spoke no English. I basically got the polish change but was charged the manicure price. Lack of communication! She didn't put a top coat, tapped my hands as a sign that I was finished. When the older woman came over to check her work, she touched my nails to see if they were dry and she smudged them. She then started yelling at the girl because she never put a top coat. Nice ladies, they do a good pedicure, although my manicure started chipping the next day :( The place could use some serious cleaning too! I could write my name in the dust where they put you to dry your nails. Not happy about that since they certainly were not busy and have time to keep the place reasonably clean.The 3 stars are for friendliness... they certainly are nice enough.

I go here to get my nails done (manicure, pedicure, acrylic, gel, etc) because it's nearby and convenient to me and the prices are pretty fair, however no matter what service I pay for here (acrylic, gel, shellac) I end up with broken/chipped nails 10/10 times so I pretty much refuse to get my nails done here.
