First. I want to say I was in a pinch to get my nails done.
They just relocated a block down and did a re opening. So you would expect the place to be clean. It wasn't.

First. I want to say I was in a pinch to get my nails done.
They just relocated a block down and did a re opening. So you would expect the place to be clean. It wasn't.
I walk in to find a open bottle of wine hanging out at the front... and everything was a mess. I not one to judge, I think everyone has those days where they wish they, were drinking of the job. But, maybe my cuticles wouldnt be so cut up and my fingers swollen the next day... my fingers are in pain!
I wait with no direction of where to go except get finger waved over with attitude to a station, to get a gel manicure. Pretty standard. But, the women who did my nails acted like I was the last thing she needed walking through a door on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no system. At all. She soaks my nails then files them while they are wet. Which was so uncomfortable. The experience from beginning to end, was awkward. Everyone was super rude. And it was over an awful experience.
Do. NOT. GO.
PLENTY OF OTHER NAIL PLACES WITHIN A 10 MIN DRIVE THAT ARE BETTER.

I love the workers more than I love the services. Loyalty kills man lol. Beautiful people. Nice color selection. They remodeled and it looks great.

the only one that know how to really do nails in that place is (JESSICA)all the other ones are horrible the work done on my nails is sad.

Male who works there doesn’t know what he is doing. Charged me less when he made a lot of mistakes. I found that unprofessional. It should of been free if you were going to waste my time!!!

This was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! The service was great, I love how Sarah did my acrylic with gel nails. She was very polite as well I couldn't be happier.

I used to go to this nail salon years ago and it was only worth going if one of the younger guys was here because everyone else was rude or did a halfassed job. I decided to try them again after 3 yea...
I used to go to this nail salon years ago and it was only worth going if one of the younger guys was here because everyone else was rude or did a halfassed job. I decided to try them again after 3 years and they are STILL horrible. Customer service is mediocre, they told me they do eyelashes and had me waiting for 20mins before they asked me to either come back or wait til 12:30 for someone else. When I asked why the original person couldn't do them, the response was "because she didn't want to do lashes today". As I said if you like paying more then you should for mediocre service go ahead. Otherwise go where they appreciate your business!!
