Everyone here has been super kind, but my nails still look horrible. I've gone in three times to get them fixed because they're never right. This time, she wanted to make sure they were perfect before I left...honestly I tried explaining what I wanted, but she still couldn't figure it out. I said narrow, thin and straight, but I got over filled, over filed and sloppy. I'm really disappointed because I've wasted so much time giving them second and third chances. The lady that did my nails was VERY rude. Barely said anything and when she did she was very snappy not to mention she rushed through my manicure. I still have old nail polish showing through my French manicure. she refused to fix it. Very unhappy with the service. Will not be going back. Read Less

The place was well cared for. The employees were nice. I ordered a regular mani- but was talked into a gel- mani. $14 vs. $27. Because I asked about the massage included. So I was told I'm going to start your massage... before I even had agreed to a gel mani. Then as soon as I agreed I was past onto another employee WITHOUT ANY MASSAGE....!!!! I wouldn't go back.  I went a while ago and they were great but I think they recently switched owners because it looks totally different.  The service is evidently different as well.  I went in and I had a pedicure and full set.  My nails looked horrible.  They weren't even and definitely didn't match.  The nails on my left hand were longer than the ones on my right.  Awful.  Would not recommend this place to anyone. I've never had a bad experience here. My gel manicures have lasted at least 3 weeks. People are always nice. I've brought my daughter, who is 7, there a few times and she loves the attention they give her during mani/pedi time with me. Read Less

They are nice and quick but still do a very good job with your nails. This is the key reason why I come here over other nail salons in the area (I'm extremely impatient). Usually see Kevin who is amazing! Unfortunately witg the holiday tomorrow he was busy today. Had someone diff not even sure her name but she was an older woman. I got a gel manicure in which my culticules were barely addressed and the polish was put on unevenly. My nails were filed completely crooked which I had to fix when I got home. And to top it off the gel is already peeling off and it hasn't even been 3 hours since I had them done. I made sure to make it a point to mention that my cuticles have to be really addressed as they grow out fast. Well I can see the cuticle under the gel and that's exactly where it's lifting. I went here after reading the yelp reviews which were mixed figuring I'd give it a try because of its convenient location to my house. I just moved into the area and am looking for a nail place. When I first went in, I was told to pick a color and take a seat, which I did. I had gels on from a few weeks prior. The woman put acetone and foil to take them off. She let them sit for about 20 minutes while she went out and smoked a cigarette and disappeared into the back for a while. Finally she came back and started my manicure. The whole time she was rushing through not take her time at all. She ripped off some of my nails making them half the length they were when I came in. She took no care in removing my old gels and filing them down, even though the place was completely dead she seemed in such a rush. When she put on my new gels, she put them on so carelessly and quickly. They bubbled and creased and she didn't even care to fix them. I left with nails that were passable, but I was not happy with them at all. She just kept putting on more layers of the gel hoping to cover up the bubbles and creases that were there. Finally, they charged me 5 dollars for the gel removal, which I understand is pretty average, but when I called they said there was no charge if I was getting another gel manicure. I just wanted out so I paid and left. I got the manicure on a Friday and the following Monday FOUR of my nails had chipped off and looked TERRIBLE! I was so frustrated as I was on vacation and my nails looked so poor I had to remove them myself. I usually don't yelp if the experience was a negative one, but this one really blew me away with how poor it was! I'm just trying to save other ladies the $35 I paid for an awful manicure. I was so unhappy with my whole experience, my pedicure took forever and I barely even felt her rubbing my feet,  my manicure took equally as long it last maybe 24 hours she took so long a nothing lady had to finish painting my nails so she could do another pedicure,  I felt like the place was kinda dirty and did u mention i didn't even get a hand message,  I'll be going back to OPI where I belong!!! I went to ENails for a manicure with gel polish. They cut my nails so now it don't even look like I have nails. The woman who did my nails was working on two of us at the same time which I don't find very healthy to begin.  She never even washed her hands between us or even used hand sanitizer!!  My nails are not even polished correctly. U can see thru the dark blue polish I had chosen!!!  I also chose a design to do on my ring fingers and the design is not even close to what I picked out!!!  The polish is just peeling off!!!  I will never go back there forAny type of service!!!  Not to mention they all speak in their language which no one can understand and I find that rude and very unprofessional!!!!!  Worst experience I have ever had!!! I will never go back again. First, got a gel overlay and within days the gel was chipped. I took them off myself.Flash forward a month later, when i need to get a full set. Holy Batman!! Hands down the best pedicure I have -EVER- had! If you want to treat yourself, ask for David (or call and schedule an appointment with him). My pedicure lasts about an hour. He does the traditional nail care and then hot stone massage, a very aromatic salt scrub and then soft, soothing lotion to finish. His arms are huge and he uses those muscles to really work on your achy legs and feet.With such an attention to detail, amazing massage and friendly service (all for under $30 before tip) I will never go anywhere else!!All of the ladies who have waxed my eyebrows have done a great job as well.  And anytime I am walking by the store and if someone is outside taking a break they say hello to you.  Even before I went to them one of the staff members gave me a bottle of water and my son a juice as we were walking by.  Pretty great place! Got a pedicure and shellac manicure here today. The place is very clean and the staff is very accommodating. I was greeted with a water bottle and was helped right away. I received a great basic pedicure complete with hot stone massage. The shellac manicure was also stellar. The only downfall was the lack of shellac color options. Will definitely be returning!! I couldn't have been happier with my first visit here.  Very clean and neat and modern decor.  Two flat screen TVs airing movies and/or sports - they are very quick to let you pick something if you're actually watching the TVs instead of reading a magazine or something.  I was greeted with a cold bottle of spring water and promptly assisted for my pedicure.  Not rushed, very professional and wonderful job; very relaxing.  I then got an acrylic full set of nails manicure and let me tell you: I'm very picky when it comes to this that they look great and not "fake" and that the techinican does a great job. My technician, Nick, was great and took good care about my sensitive skin. I normally never wait this long to get a fill, but I was on vacation for 2 weeks and on Sunday when I go back, it will make 3 weeks since I've filled them and honestly they still look great.  There were no birds there at all so I don't know what that is all about.  I will continue to be a repeat customer. Clean, neat and fast service. James does my gel french manicure and I just call in advance to see if he's busy. I am impressed with the cleanliness and the attractive decor.All the technicians are trained and they have pedicure stations also. I am a reapeat customer and as it is close to my house, I am hooked!
