Had lashes done yesterday. They were awful. All I can do is compare to other beauticians I've used 1. I wasn't shown the lashes to be used. Had she done That, I would have changed my mind. 2. There was no protective covering used under my lower lashes to protect skin 3. My top and bottom lashes were glued together & I had to pull them apart myself. Usually the beautician does This! 4. There were massive gaps between the lashes that she didn't notice. I had to ask her to fill ...them 5. It was SO cold in there, to the point of being really uncomfortable 6. They were way to heavy and too big, they.looked ridiculous and obviously fake. 7. I woke up this morning and some of the lashes had come off! So I ended up pulling them off. I am here for work and wanted my eye brows done and pedicure. I was very pleased with the results and price ($12 thread eye brows, $30 pedicure). Recommend making an appointment although they do graciously accept walk-ins. It was not rushed and was even given a neck massage as my nails dried. I'd recommend this place. Read Less

Great sister run business, they took me as a walk in and fixed the not so good job that the nail salon had done weeks before. They were very welcoming and sweet, nails look amazing and prices are extremely fair. It's nice to be able to get my nails done and eyebrows threaded all at one place. This is the best nail place I've ever been to. I travel the world lots too, so sometimes I've been forced to go to other places, & they always ruin my nails. Glam nails always gets them back to being healthy and beautiful. They have good prices and good people. I never go anywhere else!!! I have been a customer to the salon for various treatments over the years. Siobhaun has always done my hair since finishing college, she is amazingly talented at what she does. Carole has changed my really short nails into lovely bright lengthy nails with her expertise! Laura has provided me with many treatments, she made me feel very comfortable with removing my clothes for tanning (out of my comfort zone) The lovely trainee Jamie coloured my hair for me a few weeks ago on her first day trial I believe and the wonderful Gemma who has joined the team gave me a wonderful facial the other day, very relaxing! Not a fan.  I was in town for work and wanted to get a pedicure so naturally I yelped for what was near my hotel.  This salon popped up.  When I got there I told the woman I wanted a pedicure and asked how long the wait was.  She told me 10 minutes.  A few minutes later she came back and said the wait was actually 20 minutes.  I figured I could wait a little longer, but really wasn't wanting to wait longer than 20 minutes.  Finally once I had been waiting for 30 minutes I told them I was going to go.  The girl jumped up and said she was ready to take me.  Considering I waited for 30 minutes, I decided to stay.  But I will not be coming back.  To the owner and women that work at this salon, if you tell a customer the wait is 20 minutes and it looks like it is going to take longer than 20, it is customary to let the customer know.  Acknowledge the fact that they have been waiting.  Apologize for the wait.  Ask them if you can get them anything.  Anything would have been appreciated and perhaps changed my experience, and subsequently, my review.  On top of that, they don't play any music or have a TV so it was quite boring as I was 30 minutes for my pedicure.  I think they play a cd with birds chirping or something, but it's so faint you can hardly hear it.  For the record, I thought the pedicure was fine.  Slightly overpriced, but it sounds like $30 is the going rate for pedicures in Middletown.  Just was surprised because I pay ~$22 for a pedicure in San Diego.I'll make sure to get my pedicures in San Diego before I travel out here for work again.  Lesson learned. I take my little boy here for his hair to be cut and have done since his 1st hair cut and the lady who cuts it is amazing with him .... I also went today and had my hair dyed and jade was amazing ... not only is their work professional and brilliant it's also a lovely place to go it's relaxed and a friendly atmosphere that puts you at ease from the moment you step through the door .. you don't feel out of place or you don't feel uncomfortable highly recommend this place to anyone x Read Less

Nope. Nope. Nope. I came back to this location after my first experience was great. Second time around I got my eyebrows threaded and almost cried because my eyebrows were gone! The girl who did my threading told me I came in like that and she tried to fix it. Nope nope nope. Sorry lady, but I've gotten my eyebrows done at the same location back in California and my eyebrows have been prefect for years! Never again will I come back. I highly recommend! They were polite and courteous, have a large selection of OPI, Essie, and Gel colors. My spa mani/pedi was a little pricey- $60 but the service was top notch - the beautician perfectly fixed my very broken toenail and gave me a great big toe design. Mani was wonderful as well.
