I never had a good experience here and only come here if my nail tech isn't available. I came in today to get 3 broken nails fixed and was told it cost $15 because of my length. Then I had to pick out a gel color to match my other nails and she came back with the wrong color. I told her she has the wrong color again after her 3rd time of searching. This is honestly the worst nail salon I've been to. I went once when I wore acrylics. I finished, paid and left and drove directly to another salon. Where they had to not only repaint but even out the actual acrylics because they were so botched. The nail tech that correct my nails asked where I had gotten them done and told me this isn't the first time he'd corrected their mistakes. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I decided to try this place out Friday night because one of my acrylic nails had come off... I made an appointment for 4:45 and when I got there it was a mad house. There were so many people in the salon I could barely walk to the sink. It was also hard to hear what the nail tech was saying. Not relaxing at all. My fill was rushed and MANY of my nails are crooked.. The edges are also very sharp. The tools were very dirty and the station was not clean... IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD!!I only came here because the original place that I go to was closed and I needed a new set asap! Two of my acrylics had come off the night before bc it was time for a new set. I went in and asked for a removal of the rest of my acrylics and a new set. FIRST OF ALL, the lady was trying to pop off the acrylics with cuticle cutters!! I'm not one to complain when it comes to pain but I kept telling her it hurt and she just kept squeezing my finger harder and continue on w the critical cutters! Took my granddaughter to get a pedicure because of the Hello Kitty chairs, as a professional nail technician myself for 30 years and a nail instructor, i find the prices for children's pedicures too high and the salon is nasty.  In front of every pedi chair were someone else's cut toenails, so disgusting. Of course I said something to them, that it is uncalled for, she say's, we clean up at end of day.  Really??? End of day?? I told her it should be cleaned after every client. What would it take to use a dust buster after every client. If it wasn't for my granddaughter I would have walked out.  I will be looking for another salon that has Hello Kitty chairs! Read Less

I have gone to this salon numerous times and every time it's something new and I will never go back now. Today I had an appointment at 1:30pm walked in at 1:33pm and they said I was late and would need to wait. After waiting 35 minutes there were no signs my turn was coming so I asked how long and was very rudely told again that I was late. Past experiences have included:Dirty towels (was told oh sorry this never happens), dirty UV lights where your hands dry and a constant lack of common customer service. I will never be back. Lady cared more about face timing and talking on her phone than she did about doing my nails and would actually stop what she was doing and keep me waiting so she could facetime. Never once asked my input about if I liked my nails or how I wanted them shaped. I didn't feel welcome here at all.  They surprisingly came out super cute though and I was really happy with how they looked somehow. Came here for the first time to take my daughter and niece and had a horrible first experience. The people were super rude and it was small and hard to walk around. I will never come here again. They were over priced and I did NOT feel welcomed at all! Really upset because the only reason I came was to let my daughter and niece use the adorable hello kitty chairs for kids. The young man that painted my daughters toes was so rude, he kept telling her to sit still (in a very mean manner, she was barely moving around) and was acting as though we were inconveniencing him or something. I will NEVER come here again. Also They did not have a wide selection of colors for your nails and toes at all! Plus the place was not that clean either! I'm currently 6 months pregnant and a relaxing day is all I wanted. So I took my 3 year old daughter with me and we had a great time! She was very excited, she picked out her polish color and she loved the kids chair. I was super surprised at how great of a kids pedicure she got. I'm sure she'd give a 5 star rating, and I would've also except that I was not impressed at all with how my nails came out. There's polish on the skin and several of the nails look splotchy. I will give this place another chance since my daughter had such a great time but knowing how to paint nails kind of seems like something a nail tech should know how to do. If that simple task can't be managed I'll just have to find another place for my daughter and I. Pros:-2 sizes of kids chairs that are decked out in hello kitty gear. One was perfect for my 3 year old which was exciting. (included pictures)-prices were reasonable for the most part.-I didn't get a spa pedicure just the regular but it felt like a spa pedi. Love how soft my feet are. -went on a Saturday morning as a walk in and didn't have to wait long at all, about 5 mins.Cons:-unsure as to why my nail tech had trouble painting nails. I brought my daughter with me to get a pedicure because I saw a friend post a picture of the kid sized chairs. They are really cute and I knew my daughter would love it. I got a pedicure as well. They were both fine, the only thing that I wasn't too thrilled about is they did a design on my daughter's nails without asking me (and charged me for it). Do not come into here with more than a group of one. Took long period of time to be seated, there was three in my party and they could only accommodate two. The other sat waiting leaving the group to wait while all finished. The shop was busy and therefore, rushed the nails along. Asked for a design and that was too rushed as well. Read Less

I came here once a long time ago and got a pedicure with a friend. Based on that experience, I'd give this place 5 stars. I loved everything about it and was pleasantly surprised when my feet were dipped into hot wax to make them baby soft!I was close by the mall and needed a manicure so I decided to stop in since my last experience was great. I told the woman I wanted a french manicure and asked how much it was. I was told either $10 or $15 (if I wanted gel or not). As I looked at the board of prices I saw $19 for french manicure and was happily surprised that I was getting a discount.That manicure was short and quick. Looks great, however, as I walked back to my car I couldn't stop thinking about how fast the manicure was. I quickly realized I didn't get any of the cuticle cutting or extra stuff that normally comes with a manicure. That, I suppose, would explain for the drop in price.. however I would have loved to have known what I was getting myself in for before I sat down! Read Less

Like the previous reviewer said, a typical mall nail salon. Though, definitely one I'll return to. I went around 5:30 and while it was busy, they took me right away (though the ladies that came after in had to wait a bit)I paid $19 (plus tip) for a french manicure. An appropriate price for a mall nail salon and about $10 less than the nail salon at the warwick mall charged me last month for the same thing. (This place did a much better job in my opinion.)I'll be going back as the price was right and it's proximity to my work place are in it's favor. Read Less

Majestic Nails is your typical mall nail salon. They do a nice job, are friendly and efficient. They do tend to try and upsell you do additional services, but they are only doing their job.P.S. My friend gets her eye brows waxed at Majestic and thinks they do a nice job.Oh, and make sure you bring cash, Visa or MasterCard, as they do not take American Express! Read Less
