I've been coming here for years, and overall they do an excellent job. I've had acrylics, gels, manicures, pedicures, etc. The pedicures are my favorite! They soak your feet in salts, clip and file your nails, remove any hang nails, and use a callus remover all over the bottom of your feet and heels. Then they wash your legs and feet with a bath scrub, massage them with lotion, and finally wrap them in a warm steamed cloth. It usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour....but you'll be wishing it took longer. The chairs you sit in for the pedicures have an optional massaging settings...wonderful!I've had only one or two bad experiences. Once was for a gel manicure, and it was because the manicurist was new (she also no longer works there), and the other time was my manicurist was miserable. I normally don't care, since I like to be left alone to piece in quiet, but she seemed annoyed and very rough. These experiences have never swayed me from coming back every two weeks. Just an FYI: Don't bother making an appt, you're always going to have to wait, unfortunately. Read Less
